Fees after fees lies after lies they act like they care about you and act like they treat you like family but really they don't. They just want your personal information and ask you a billion questions that shouldn't be asked. I just got charged 150$ in total for bank fees AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS! THEY DONT EVEN HAVE 24 HOUR PHONE SUPPORT SO IF SOMEONE IS USING YOUR FUNDS THEY DONT CARE THEY WONT DONT ANYTHING ABOUT IT THEY ACT ITS THEIR MONEY AND HAVE REASON TO QUESTION WHAT IS THIS MONEY FOR OH WHAT YOU DO FOR WORK ECT. IF YOU WANT A BANK ACCOUNT GO TO CHIME THEY ARE WAYYY BETTER THAN THESE PEOPLE
This is the worst bank for customer service on the planet. They don't have a rep you can talk to 24 hours. I had to wait from Friday night until Monday morning to report fraudulent use of my debit card. Don't use this bank for anything
If you want to wait 30 minutes to talk to a representative just for them to hang up and you start over again 1st convenience is the right fit
Worst effing bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They suck flat out! They keep checks on hold for 7 business days, that are as small as 800$. PATHETIC! They lie straight to your face about overdraft protection, and you wind up finding out later that you have to have direct deposit for God knows how long before that finally kicks in. Their mobile deposit app is a joke! It will kick out perfectly legible checks written the way they want you to write it, and to top it off, you won't know that it's even excepted until hours later, and buy that time your screwed. You will sit on hold forever, if you ever have the misfortune of actually having to call these bozos, and if they don't like what you have to say, they just hang up. I hope the BBB gets ahold of these $#*! clowns and shuts them down for good.
My mother was Diagnosed With covid 19 earlier this year. She spent the majority of this year in the hospital. She's home bound can't walk in they locked her out of her online banking. Call customer service was on hold for 30 minutes before I got to talk to anyone I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes and they were still unable to resolve the issue. They said she needed to come into the bank, Again I told them she can't walk and then she's home bound there was still unable to resolve. We have determined that we are going to close the account. If you have an account there I would recommend you close it. Their online app sucks. This should have been an issue resolvable thru a customer service call as with most banks
Someone is using my debit card to make online purchases and I've waited over 1 1/2 hr and no answer
My reason for being disappointed with first convenience bank. Just making a dispute on unauthorized charges in the past. I had my debit card, mobile app and online services revoked permanently. Now tell me what is the point of being member of this bank. If you have no capability of checking on your balances or doing any transactions without a debit card. Only because I had made dispute transactions in the dispute. I personally feel non-existent to first convenience bank. If there is any high level supervisor of first convenience bank that is able to assist me with this matter. Please do assist me or else I shall have no other choice. But to always advise people not to do business with first convenience bank.
Open an account with first Inconvenience bank, with my expired licence, several months ago, her it is I need to withdrawl today, and I'm told sorry licence expired. Each location I've walked into I've been dissatisfied to say the least, I've had to close 4 plus cards because of fraud, seriously, I am being charged to stop criminal activity, for service fees, for withdrawls, for ATM, for having account with them. I will be closing my account. Zero customer satisfaction. Seriously.
I opened this account as a favor with$100 and was told they would not charge me any fees. That was the first lie. Long story short they have charged a bunch of fees and every time i would try to get the account closed the amount changed and the check ended up being returned to my bank. No one was willing to offer me any help with this. They are supposed to send me a check with what's left like $55 now. They are liars.
There is nothing convenient about your Bank and its services. To have a customer repeatedly enter their SSN # and wait for an hour when it is just a question that needs an answer is ludicrous. I close my account because of the lack of help and care not juts by your staff but the bank services in general. You need to change your name to First Inconvenience Bank.
Good banking I've been a customer for over 20 years. I don't have a negative experience in 2 decades.
So aparently when ur negative even if u look up ur balance they will not let you know. I lost my job and my house living on the streets now, finally got my stimulus check and had a little hope when I checked my acount and it said my acount was at 0 so I would be able to deposit my check and have some money to servive on wall I try to get a job. Now I'm not saying it's not my falt that I was negative. But I should have ben told when I whent to the baink and asked. Yall need to fix that cuz at times like this its giving false hope to people that are barely able to servive rn.
I wish I could post a monthly financial summary screenshot showing I had $1272. 23 in Priority transactions: rent and utilities and the only other transactions were 9 different overdraft fees from this bank for about $375 and an extended negative balance of $35 or maybe $70? Either way I have $1745 in overdraft fees this past year and none refunded. Im taking them to court but cannot get legal info when I call. Class Action?

I do not understand how this bank does their adding and subtracting. I have received more overdraft fees from this bank than I have ever received in my life! Trying to follow your balance through the mobile app,,, don't do it. Its not accurate. It will have you upside down and paying hundreds in overdraft fees. And those are $34 each time! Also, if at any time someone tries to charge your account, say an automatic payment, and you are a penny shy? BAM you get charged $34. EVERY TIME IT HAPPENS. They have my checking account so screwed up right now I didn't even get to spend my stimulus money bcz of all the overdraft fees. They got my entire check! I don't understand how they do their figuring. I just don't get it. I'm sick to my stomach. I hate this bank. And will be closing my account once I get some things settled and figured out. So I guess I have to DISPUTE my issue. Just one more inconvenient thing I have to do on top of not having any money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE. EVER. THEY HAVE GOTTEN TO KEEP MORE OF MY MONEY THAN I HAVE. IT SUCKS. If I were a betting kind of person I'd bet I won't see one penny of my money returned to me. I'm sure it will be that difficult. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Don't throw it away like I did.
I opened a account with my paycheck and the next paycheck same account had a 7 day hold I totally don't recommend
Worst bank ever customer service is a joke, some business made an unauthorized charge to my card and they say there was nothing they can do but they sent my card to a negative after hours and hours of arguing and explaining that hasn't been solved yet and is not pennies is a good amount of money...! If you can take your business to another bank this is not worth it
I was with First Convenience from the beginning when they created a small branch in the local Kroger. It was a friendly, caring bank, and was, as the name said, a "convenience" to work with.
First Convenience was my "local" bank. I had other, larger assets in online banks, but often kept 6 figures in my local account. They were so convenient I opened another account for other business, then two more accounts for my kids.
But things changed, and not for the better. The local branch manager was moved, people were shuffled around, the bank started adding predatory fees and rules were established that eroded the "convenience" part. I remember waiting 2 weeks for them to release an annual bonus check from my employer... an annual event that usually cleared in 3 days. They advertised cheap auto loans. I was going to buy a truck, applied for a loan, and was turned down as not "qualifying"... so I just paid cash for the truck.
The final straw was a call on a Saturday afternoon. Some security agent froze my sons account because he transferred money into my account. These "transfers" had been a common thing for years, as I transferred money to him and he later repaid it. As I spoke to the agent, she seemed intent on "getting me" and by the end of the call she had frozen my accounts as well. I was in a rage... and her final words didn't help... "Have a nice day".
My son, who was working, had to leave early and we both rushed to the local branch before it closed. The local branch said "They do this all the time". A few phone calls and it was fixed, but my son was short working hours and my Saturday was ruined.
I complained... got a sympathetic call from some corporate shill, but nothing better than "She was just doing her job". So I pulled my money, closed the accounts, and vowed never to do business with First Convenience Bank and to share my story of how very "inconvenient" this bank is to everyone looking for a local bank.
This company is crap and DO NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. Even during Covid they never offered any type of relief! What a selfish company. They are ready to take your money though. Their centers are crap and their employees are rude and unprofessional
Had an account with them for a while, and I signed up with account for no overdraft. However, first convenience bank some how managed to still charge me those fees and are continuing to charge account while I am discussing with managers about issue. Terrible service and will be closing and taking business else where. I Hope pandemic shuts them down along with poor review website. First conviene bank is mockery of business they might as well operate in the black market!
