My first order (which was placed on 25 Oct 2019) was lost (IDK how they lost it) so I was offered an identical product from another vendor in replacement, but it took them so long to even process my order so I cancelled it in the end. I cancelled my order on 24 Dec 2019 (two freaking months from my first order) and was informed that the refund process would take 10-30 days. Come 24 Jan 2020 and I still have not heard anything from them/see anything in my bank account. Contacted the support again and after SO MUCH BACK AND FORTH they finally refunded me on 2 Feb 2020. A pain to deal with.
My order was cancelled twice, and i asked to refund my money that i didn't receive till now. Emails back and forth since November 2019.
The item i had ordered was out of stock but they were very prompt with the updates and refund and followed up with me closely. Very impressed with Jarah's service! Thank you!

Although my order has not been successful, the customer service assisted me very well and kept on updating me with my refund.
I had ordered a Organization process related book from 1Outlets on 23rd jan 2020. The order went through and my card was billed. Next day I am informed that the order is cancelled, for a vague reason - "declarations system is unable to upload this product to the import/export Shipping Manifest." They were asked to source the book from another source, but they could not do so. The Shopping experience was very poor. Neverthless, The team ensured that the refund was speedily processed and the credit was received after 17 days on 10th Feb 2020.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. No record of order in the account registered with the website. No follow up action for email enquiries. No stocks available after payment made. No updates on the availability of stocks on the website and customers are made to pay the bill even if there is no stocks available. No guarantee on receiving the refund even the order has been cancelled. The worst online shop ever! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It doesn't worth any star at all.
I would rate zero star if I can choose. Worse ever service. They informed me that they can't get stock from their supplier AFTER 2 WEEKS of my order placement. Cancelled order, and can't get the refund after 3months! And I'm still waiting, and keep calling. Waste my time & money!

My order was cancelled and the refund should happen 3 months ago; it is now still pending with no given reasons. No response by email when I follow up either. Very frustrated.
Even though I didn't receive my order I like their service and follow ups, that they have done the refund quickly.
I ordered this in August was due in Sept. I never received and when i asked where it was my order was cancelled! I then received a refund at the end of December. No explanation about what happened to the product which was meant to be a gift!
Though they have not succeeded in arranging my approved article, yet they cooperate & succeeded in refunding my payment.
They have given back my refund although it's not the full amount. Better than nothing. They always communicate and assure my refund will be given back.
Thank you for a refund on an item that could not ship. Though there was a lengthily delay in the refund the team soon sorted it out even, giving time to make a phone call to assure me of the refund.
Ordered item 1month prior to Christmas. After 3 emails of concern over items whereabouts & being advised it would definitely arrive on the 24th December. It didn't! One clearly upset little boy Christmas Day. Sheffield UK.
Watch out buying from this website, I was told item was out of stock, they told me they would refund the money. Still waiting 2 months later and they have not replied to my emails. Terrible

Answer: I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars... Please people. We need to expose this company. Facebook Twitter Instagram. Etc. We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
Answer: This company is cheating so they never let u contact anyone important. I called their customer service twice, useless
