No stock but received my money. No stock but why still put out to sell and available to be clicked to buy? Refund is slow and chaos. All of my three orders were no stock and refund. But I just got one refund up to now.

And the refund amount is lower than what I gave. I paid HKD562.39 but refunded HKD539.58 only
1outlets.com were unable to supply item ordered and said order would be refunded. I had to email once to chase refund before refund then promptly received. Numerous very courteous emails from (apparently!) numerous people. I am disapointed that the item I wanted couldn't be supplied and that I needed to chase the refund but overall happy with my experience with this company in the end. I am content to use this supplier again in the future.
Thanks to 1outlets' helpful support team for keeping me updated on my purchase and solving problems involved professionally and patiently.

Never delivered my order. Had to chase a refund for 3 months and just got I gnoses until they could be bothered to reply and constantly was fobbed off

I have been contacted with the CS for many times to check the status but there are no responses at all.
I believe the staffs are really trying to help, Jarah. But the company Sucks! Both my orders were cancelled and I ended paying estimated USD 21 for the product I never received. I'll not buy from this website again.
Staff is very responsive to my emails which gives me the assurance that my order is being monitored. A shorter duration for the delivery would be great.
I understand the demand of masks is extremely high due to the current situation. The client services team has been checking closely with the supplier and keeping me update. Though the supplier cannot deliver, appreciate the client services team perform in professional way.

My order was cancelled but I can get my refund in two weeks (though I have to suffer currency exchange loss!). Impressed that there was a customer service representative called to confirm the refund status.
Wasting my time ordering products from your company. Changed two countries to send me the products but ended up could not send to my country after I asked them why the delay as I had waited too long for the parcel to arrive. That was also after I asked them via email only they told me. They did not notify the customer immediately for the first failed mission to send out by the first country.
Finally they told me they could not send me the products in my country.
It took months to get my refund back. Very lousy service.

Not bad... even my order was cancelled, but they refund my money in the same month. Try to asked the stock for your puchase before ordering.
Even though I couldn't purchase the product successfully through 1outlet, the customer service still kept a close look at checking my refund status and informed me by email.
My 3 orders being cancelled without knowing the reason. And the process of returning money is super slow. Not going to purchase here anymore. Waste my time search for product, pay for it and then get rejected.
Answer: I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars... Please people. We need to expose this company. Facebook Twitter Instagram. Etc. We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
Answer: This company is cheating so they never let u contact anyone important. I called their customer service twice, useless
