These guys are absolutely "not customer centric"... After making me wait for almost 2 months and multiple follow ups from my end, I'm informed (post committed delivery date) that product wasn't even shipped from the US and that they can't deliver it anymore. Not sure why you guys are running this business when you don't even understand customers needs...
My orders were cancelled by the sellers. These sellers should not have posted if they are out of stocks or unable to deliver.
I bought near Christmas something for my wife, few days latter received the info that it was out of stock ( they don't have control to their stocks), so i requested refund. A month and a half latter it was not done yet, i had to contact them and to be effective on my complain to have the refund done after a few days.
The impression of 1 outlets is really bad and for sure i will never fall into this trap again!
Only one good note for them is their support team. They answer fast and were able to solve the issue in just a few days after my complain.
Despite canceling my order, they are able to refund the full amount and the agents are very responsive.
Good support and excellent service. The product was delivered on time and it was intact. There were no issues with the product. I would like to thank those dealing with delivery for doing a very good job.
Sometimes items cannot be sent and refunds take a while, but apart from that, i am able to get things i would normally have trouble getting into New Zealand.
However my order was cancelled, the process for information and refund is clear and well informed. Appreciate your work and I know it must be a busy time for your guys. Thanks!
Due to problems with their supplier, 1outlets contacted me to let me know that they could not fullfill my order because of matters that they had no control over. They were very open about this issue. I was quite satisfied with the dealings I have had with this company.
Sep 29,2019: I paid for my order
Sep 30,2019: Got cancellation email due to "Declined. Shipping Address Verification Failed", saying refund may take 10-30 days
Nov 4,2019: I emailed them for refund follow up (over 30 days already)
Nov 4,2019: They replied repeating that refund may take 10-30 days, plus it may take 30 days to appear on my credit card statement
Nov 22,2019: I emailed again (54 days!)
Dec 6,2019: Still no reply. I emailed again. (68 days!)
Jan 28,2020: They finally replied that "Your refund had been submitted." (121 days!)
Eventually, my refund was received somewhere between Jan 29 and Feb 12.
I ordered some aquarium products in mid December 2019. I only received them in mid February 2020. 2 months delivery of simple items prove that this outlet is totally unreliable.
Just want to share that although 1Outlets didn't get to deliver my ordered item due to some issues on export documents but I am happy to report that their customer service was very professional in trying to resolve the issue. Several of their support staff made extra effort to get in touch with me.
AND my refund was processed without any hassle on my part.
Amazing customer. I will shop again with them. I think the group deserve 5 STARS.
I've placed an order but cancelled the order on the same day after reading the review worrying it is a scam. It replied my email a week after and I finally got the full refund about 20 days after the cancellation of the order.
In regarding to out of stock after payment, all staffs did a very quick response of my questions and follow up. I got the refund finally in reasonable time! Appreciate their efficiency!
Your staff did a great job! They response email within 1 day. Also they gave me a phone call to confirm the refund which make me feel comfortable.
Hana provides great customer service by asking whether the refund is received properly. Not every company will do so especially when you are doing refund!

The items I purchased couldn't be shipped to me due to some unknown reasons unfortunately. But at least I got to receive an explanation and refund. Hope my next purchase would be smoother.
They make promises that they cannot keep. So all online shoppers pls be aware! I waited 3 months and yet nothing. They cancelled my order in the end, with some lame excuse!
Answer: I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars... Please people. We need to expose this company. Facebook Twitter Instagram. Etc. We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
Answer: This company is cheating so they never let u contact anyone important. I called their customer service twice, useless
