I Ordered goods worth USD90+ in December 2019 and was immediately sent an email stating the merchant could not fulfill and my order was cancelled with a promise of a full refund in 30 working days. This is March 2020 and after numerous emails asking for my refund, I have been fobbed off and ignored and I still have not received a single cent of MY money back. And it seems I am not their only victim.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Scam website! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My procurement order was cancelled because the required items were out of stock. Refund was made accordingly by the Support team. Thanks to all the team members, especially Jarah, Hanna, Lucy, Milana, Mandy and Tracy!

Items including face masks were available at the time when i made the purchase and payment, only after a month i was then informed that items which i've purchased and paid for some strange reason becomes unavailable, another additional month to process the refund. I have made repeated attempts on delivery status

1Outlets is a very reliable website. The team dealing with orders and clients' queries are A1. They follow up very closely on all your queries, and ensure that they meet your expectations.
The order was not fulfilled after two months. There was a refund but, due to exchange rate differences adopted by the card company, a loss was suffered. The refund was to cover this loss
They canceled my order not long after I made the purchase on their site. Why has it been 3 months and no refund. They said they'd give full refund within 30 days. Well, it's nearly 90 days. No one should purchase from them. They are not legitimate.
I have placed an order for face mask by credit card. They took my money immediately and wait for 2 weeks still not ship to me, and the status on website is "in-stock". Then, I give a email to them, request for cancel order and refund. They told me need to process refund within 20 day. Lastly, you guy can be know that, "no goods no refund no reply, totally can not trust" over 30 days.
I'm going to give an official complaint, hope lucky me...

They reply to my concerns in a very timely manner. I just wish that shipping time can be cut to a shorter time and they could advise me in advance if a seller or supplier cannot accommodate my order not when it's nearing the estimated time of arrival. But they were very helpful nonetheless.
When products are out of supply, please update your catalog as soon as possible. When other sites just take several days to refund the money, this company has taken over 1 month but still, the money is still nowhere to be seen. This is my first time and the vert last time to order through this site.

Would like to feedback on the prompt reply n refund that you staff have did for us. I bought surgical mask during January 2020. Due to high demand both order was cancelled as it was out of stock. I raise the 1st order refund case to Tracy. She was awesome even thought she mentioned waiting time need 10-14 working days. I got my 1st refund within 5 working days. After which the 2nd refund was filed on 18th of Feb by the other colleague. After calling no advice or even any update for the next 10 days till I send the 2nd email to check on the status. Reply mentioning that might need to wait up to 30 days which I find it not acceptable. So I call in and check again. God bless Tracy pick up n I told her the problem I'm facing. She apologized for the inconvenience caused n straight away proceed after we finish talking on the phone. Refund was done by Milana and received in next 2 days. Appreciated all your staff help. But just that this time round not able to get the item we needed. Once again appreciated and thank u.
Ordered item & Paid for it. Within hours get e mail saying that they have problems supplying to S/A. Why advertise then?
Waited 7 yes SEVEN weeks for refund despite many e mails on subject. Finally threat of going to social media, legal route etc had the effect.
Got e mail following day to say refund is being processed. Two days later was in my account.
