I placed an order and it was cancelled the next day by them. Luckily their customer support was very helpful and refunded our money immediately. I must admit they responded to my mails pretty quickly and no problem at all to get our refund.
I been charged twice one cancelled and no return for 40 days now
And others not received one month back.
Customer service always give answers to a different subject, never go with them.

Mistakenly I ordered the same product twice, contacted the company which immediately - and I mean immediately! - cancelled and refunded one order, no discussion, no hassle, nothing. Excellent customer service. Now awaiting delivery of the order, due May 16.
CS team is good. Although my order was cancelled, I have received my refund with the help from the CS team.
I have ordered face mask on 10/2 but I have been told that the products cannot be export. The transaction closed. And I ask for the refunds. But it really took time to wait. And I phoned to 1outlet Hong Kong hotline. Orignally, I have been told that it may take 5 to 20days. At last, it is confirmed that I receive the refunds on 7/4. I am so glad to have the full pay refund. Thank you for the staff.
I would like to commend the 1Outlets.com team for the concern on my package and follow-through. I have NOT been able to inspect the product delivered at my office due to the current COVID 19 lockdown in my area.

I came across this website and did a purchase "Everglades seasoning". However, due to current situation, the management was not able to import the seasoning in. I made a mistake of ordering a crib that was too big for our room and would just not fit into any of the other rooms, so we had to cancel our order. I ordered 10 packs of Seeds of Change precooked organic rice. It took long (about 6 weeks) to arrive but it came about the time it estimated to arrive, and the price was good with free shipping so I have no complain. I don't mind ordering again.

I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
