Service like super man which i buy from this company. I always come here and take service from this company.

I lost more than 130 USD. I haven't got any product nor the refund. It's been 3 months. They are using bots to give positive reviews for themselves.

The local currency rate was listed 30% less than the price they charged. If you're even thinking about ordering with them check the price listed in small print at the bottom listed in SGD before completing the transaction. Then go to a currency conversion site and check what that works out to in your currency. If it's notably different then pay attention to all these negative reviews. After paying, they could not send the item. They then only issued in store credit (as per their refund policy) rather than refunding the credit card that made the order. I don't want anything else from them. Utter scam!

I can confirm this 1outlet is 100% a scam company,
They won't send the item to you,
And they won't refund the money to you,
They only will told you to wait.

Wait 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year,
They will keep delay it until you lost your patience.

But i don't understand why this company still can running his business in singapore more than 5 years.
Is singapore government allow scammer doing business in his country?

It can't refund to real money but only credit in its website. And you can never spend the credit as they have many excuses making you never receiving the goods, like no stock, can't deliver to your country, etc. Don't waste your time and money.

More than a month ago I purchased a product.The product was not available an the order was cancelled by the seller. The stated refund hasn't been issued

Awful experience! I placed an order in spring, was waiting for almost 2 month and it appeared that there are some issues with customs and it can not be delivered to my country
BUT even worse - I can not have refund to my payment card until autumn, so I decided to place another order and it went the same - can not deliver
And again I am struggling to get the money back already for one month - even no answers from shop

They deliver some products, usually the cheap ones, and keep you waiting for months for the expensive ones, saying they will refund but never do. The delivery they do, for cheaper items, is to win your trust, I assume.
They will reply very POLITELY, from different accounts, under different names, very officially and rigidly, excessively calling from anonymous numbers to sound real, until you ask your money back for products you bought, but never received. They don't even let you know they will be late with them, you wait and wait and wait because the products you received, the cheaper ones, is a promise the​ others will come too. EXCEPT THEY DON'T. It's a red flag of course, but you paid, so it's too late.
They promise a refund, but never reply when the refund deadline is over: 30 days.

I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE TOTALLY MADE UP BY THEM or HIM/HER. THEY SOUND VERY POLITE AND DETAILED, DO YOU SEE THAT?
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. PERIOD.

It's a scam and you will not get your money back. Avoid it all together. Go to amazon its the best online retailer

Pas op bij dit bedrijf. In mei 2023 een product besteld en betaald.
Pas na weken en vele emails verder werd mij verteld dat mijn bestelling niet leverbaar is in mijn land. Mijn geld zou teruggestort worden op mijn rekening, werd mij beloofd, en niet op hun z.g.n. In-store account.
Nu (6 september!) nog steeds geen geld terug! Hier nooit iets bestellen! Je krijgt geen product en je bent je geld kwijt, oplichters!

Absolute scammers. You will be responded by bots. And never get you money back. Strange such scammers still exist in a modern world and continue to cheat people after so many confirmed fraudulent cases. I guess the problem is no one is spending enough to justify the effort needed to chase and sue them. Very innovative cheaters.
