I bought a gift from here for a friend of mine and she really liked it. Thank you for the good service.

They took my money but didn't deliver. After weeks of waiting they canceled my order but refused to give me my money back. Instead they give "in-store credit" but after 12 attempts to order something and 12 cancelations it's either a scam or an unbelievable incompetency.

Do NOT do business with them, you WILL lose your money! The worst online shopping experience of my life. They scam, take your money and mislead you, playing for time! Once you have paid the fun starts, they never can ship what you order and they never refund you your money. They give you an in-store credit and the same cycle starts. After 72 e-mails I have given up and written the money off.

They didn't deliver order but never give my money back!. Amount of nearly 400 EUR!
After 3 months I now ask my bank to help me.

I cannot recommend this site.
I waited a long time for delivery and none came. More than 3 months. Upon reaching customer service they responded that package could not be delivered. Mind you, that it was I that had to contact them. Otherwise the case would have been dormant for ages.

When finally 1outlets understood their own limitations they refund as instore credits. So you have to use the money on a useless site that cannot deliver to you.

Depends how widespread this is but this is borderline scam. Keep this in mind if you ever find yourself wonder whether to make a purchase for this site.

I would not recommend this site at all, no matter how apparently good the price is. There are many other sites. Spend a bit more time to find others that provide what you need. 1Outlets can not provide.

Due to issue my purchase unable to be delivered but the support team manage to refund back in full. Assisted and replied emails on time.

There are toooooooo many victims online. Please check more review before action. I've also reported to the Singapore Police. This website will pretend to take your order, and tell you there is no stock, then credit refund, then disappear.

I placed an order on 03/12/2023. After confirming my order, the delivery time has changed. So I made a request to cancel my order the same day. I asked for a refund and since (06/21/2023) nothing! At first they send me emails telling me that the refund times took up to 30 days and now no response from them. I am shocked at their dishonesty!

I got scammed by 1outlets.
After one month and a half of waiting, they cancelled my order and said they will give me an in-store credit.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY from them

Its a scam. Never order to this company. Placed order for hundreds of dollars in november 2022. They said they could not deliver the goods I ordered, and that I would get a refund. Now, 6 months later, I still have not received anything. I can confirm other peoples rating that it is a complete scam. You do wisely to stay away!

They won't refund your money nor respond to your follow up requests.

Fradulant site, do not deal with them, neither will they ship the material, nor will the refund the money even after commtting on mail.
