Placed order in Jan, they canceled my order in early Feb, since then I have been waiting for their refund. Contacted them many times, even called their customer service, useless. After entire EIGHT months of waiting, still havent received any refund from them.
Everytime i checked with them, they replied me the refund has been submitted and told me to wait for another week, the WORST online shopping ive encounter ever in my life.
Contacted Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), dont know if works but hope can stop them from cheating more money
Ordered some masks from them. Waited almost 3 months- no news, nothing. Finally chased them up. Said they could not deliver and would refund. However, despite numerous times chasing them up, they never refunded as they promised to. Finally had to dispute through my credit card, and that's how I got my money back, 7 months after the purchase. I will never buy frm them again, NEVER! I think they are hoping you will give up chasing, and they make money off you like that. SCAMMERS! Agree that the Police should investigate them.
Both of my orders have been fully refunded because of non delivery due to Covid-19. They ve always and rapidely responded to my emails. Thanks for the good customer service.
My order was refunded. Even though, I had forgotten about the order, staffs did follow-up thoroughly until I received the refunded amount. Well done & Keep it up.

I have ordered peoduct 3 month ago. I did not get it till now and they stopped replying emails and follow ups.
I saw similar feedback from other people. Obviously high possibility that positive feedback are fakes.

They will take your money without sending you the product! 7 months waiting my money back or my products and the after sales services is no more answering. It is crazy to have this kind of company they just diserve to close and I am sure it will happen soon.
Do NOT use this company. Covid19 is used as an excuse for not being able to get goods you've ordered. They say you will get refund which never materialises. They send emails saying "you will get refund in the next 7-10 days" - doesn't happen. The emails are not grammatically correct either! SCAMMERS!
My order took 3 months to deliver and when it was delivered only part of the item came. There was no courtesy from them to inform. I had to call almost 20 times and was getting same reply that remaining items will be disptached. Got my refund after so much follow up that after further 2 month. A pathetic service provider would never recommend anybody.
This soap dispenser is one thing I cannot live without in my kitchen. Took me a while to find it. Thank you.
