As we all know with this pandemic it has given us all a lot of grief and i fully undestand your conserns and no blme on your side.as the order was not excecuted to follow up on ones order
They cancelled my order right after they approved the order and charged my credit card.
They didnt even bother to refund back unless you chase them. Call them. You will be surprised that their call centre/ customer service hq and finance department are actually in Vietnam.
They finally refunded me back but after a tiring chase. They sent an apology email with a usd10
Voucher for the customer to use in the next purchase. No thanks. I had a nightmare experience shopping with 1Outlets, dont intend to experience the nightmare again. Beware and be careful.

They tried very hard to for-fill the order but circumstances beyond their control meant they were unable. The refund was prompt and given cheerfully.

I paid for an item with a debit card and payment was successful. The next day, I noticed the order status was still pending and called customer service, which was someone who sounded like her native language wasn't english and washing something in the kitchen at home. I asked why the order status reflected pending and how long delivery would take, and she said 1outlets hadn't received my money yet and asked to call the bank. I did ask, IF I would ask for a cancellation would I get my refund back? She said no refunds as my payment wasn't received. Then I said ok, I'll give the bank a call.
I called the credit card company and after checking, they said that the payment got through, and to wait 7 working days as the payment might be on float. If I haven't received it after 7 working days, to call back and they will issue a dispute, which will take the payment back from 1outlets and return it to me. I felt more assured but after I hung up, I read an email sent by 1outlets that they had cancelled my order!
1outlets requested in the email to give these details without explaining why:

Please help to send us some details for us to check with the bank immediately.

After this load of nonsense, I have neither a pending order nor the money I paid.
My purchase did not materialize because of a delivery issue to my country. However the support team provided timely and clear update on the status and refund.
Excellent customer service by their staff. Always avaible to reply all my questions and query. Really deserve a 5 star

My first purchase with 1outlets. Even though the delivery takes quite a while but the item is well packed and secured. Item received in good condition. Will continue to support online purchase.
I was very impressed with 1outlets right from the start. My order was confirmed immediately and I was given regular updates about my order. My order arrived ahead of schedule and I was contacted to ensure that my order was received in good condition, which it was.
Looks like there is not a HUMAN reading the customer's (mine) questions, thus - the answers are NOT relevant. Some (questions) were ignored entirely, possibly (again) because only a ROBOT reads them.
And IT is not clever at all.
Will think thrice before ordering from them. Glad I did not order anything!

I ordered some tools from 1oulet end of Sept and the delivery is mid Nov! That was not particular special and I don't see why the lead time is so long. Anyway I have no way of canceling and unable to read the customer review nor leave a review. Looks like got screwed here

Answer: I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars... Please people. We need to expose this company. Facebook Twitter Instagram. Etc. We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
Answer: This company is cheating so they never let u contact anyone important. I called their customer service twice, useless
