Scammer website, please don't be fooled

This is a fake website. They won't ship anything. Will copy paste emails for 2 months. After that they'll stop replying altogether. I ordered on 23rd August, but they kept on saying non sense like it's under process blah blah. Now they are not even replying. Please don't be fooled like me.

Bought some counter top paint for > £100.3 weeks later, order is still processing. Have just cancelled. This is a good way to fund your business - take customer's money and don't deliver any products.

UPDATE: After I told them I'd be in touch with my bank, they contacted me to tell me they'd refunded my money. Upon checking my account, this turned out not to be the case. So if you get a call from them telling you they've refunded your money, don't take their word for it - go and check. Chances are, they're trying to hang on to your cash for longer. If you don't receive funds, email them immediately, don't wait for the 15 days grace period to expire. Better still, just don't transact with this company at all.

Total scam. They never send out any items to me and only give in store credit which I don't think is legal here. They should warn you ahead of time refunds don't happen. All the good reviews here look suspiciously like fluff to try and keep the reviews from bottoming out.

This company is a scam. Ordered a product they were selling in my country. The page looked legit and there was no mention that it may not be the correct voltage and in fact could be an illegal product that could get taken by customs. Then they send me an email after I purchased telling me this. I then promptly canceled before the money debited out of my bank. They finally after two long weeks of unanswered emails called me and told me they were refunding my money for $11 less than what was taken out of my bank. They apparently don't refund shipping even if they never paid for shipping. So they aren't clear about what you are purchasing, don't leave any evidence you paid for shipping, and then pocket your money and keep some of it even though it cost them nothing. Good scam right? Will never buy from them again. Crap product, crap service, crap business philosophy. Companies like 1 outlets should not be in business.

I placed an order on 16th January 2021. They cancelled the order the next day and informed me there is no stock available. Supposedly a refund should be made back to me after 30 days. After more than 6 months and lots of corresponding through emails and phone calls with their employees, I have not gotten my money back. Every time they would give the excuse that they have arranged the refund but there is a problem with their payment gateway. Please give me back my money.

SCAMMERS!

I have been waiting for a refund of items that were cancelled by 1Outlets due to failure to ship my orders, and its now 5 months, and NOTHING! THEY CONTINUE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE "facing some problems with our previous gateway provider" OR that the refund has already been sent, but after checking and rechecking with my bank, I have not received anything! This is a total Scam! SGD500+ into their greedy pockets!

Do not use this service.
I placed an order which they said was sent because my payment was declined! Showed proof of payment and they said they would refund me - they said they refunded me on 26th March 2021. 26th April 2021 still not refunded me and now not answering emails. Said they are having technical difficulties!

The customer service were prompt in giving feedback about my order. Unfortunately, my order can not be sent for understandable reasons due to the pandemic. However, the customer service immediately informed me about what happened. They replied quick and tried to contact me through my cellular number. Reading reviews online and definitely not looking promising at all. I received an email that my order was placed and with my order number, then after received another email that they had to cancel the order. Still awaiting a refund but with the many reviews online that many have faced I'm not sure I will as I'm still yet to receive a reply.
