Tough luck getting a refund or a response on damaged goods... appalling customer service.
Don't buy anything of value here as you will have a hard time getting anywhere with them.
If they were a trader on trademe they would probably have been banned by now for their behaviour towards customers with complaints.
Lesson learned.
I have bought many items from 1 day.co.nz
"At cheap as prices" and have had only 3 items not delivered in time frame given but 1day has always replied quickly and sorted issues fast with either full refund or shipping another item. Will shop there again and again.
Ordered an item and it was never dispatched. Rang and let them know there was an issue. Was assured it was fixed. Item still not dispatched. Rang the next day and wasted 2 hours getting it sorted. Finally I get the pleasure of waiting 3-5 days to get my own money back. They are 100% online and you won't get to talk to anyone who cares after your purchase so please beware and buy from a reputable company.
This company does not have a phone number or available physical address.If you have a problem with them or a product you will need to be very tolerant and patient. They are very slow to respond and take ownership of their mistakes and everything is the customers problem. BEWARE! Trying to get a bargain with this company could very likely backfire. Never again! Still awaiting my promised refund...
I have been a 1-day customer since I discovered the website about a year ago. I have always found them to be quick with delivery, items are as explained and there are some great deals on the site. The only thing I would say is just be careful with some of the unbranded items, they are good but some people often complain because the $20 item isnt as good as a $200 item. I have only had one problem with a product from 1-day who was sure to give me a refund in less than 2 working days no questions asked.
Answer: There is no phone number. Only live chat or email. Suggest live chat as they don't respond to emails for 2-3 days (if at all) If you go to options at the bottom of the chat you can email yourself a copy of the transcript - in my case this will be a very long novel if I had up 3 weeks of daily chats requesting updates on my order and having to repeat infomration every time is very tiresome!
Answer: We purchased an iphone 7 refurbished phone and if there are any issues it is a terribly slow and frustrating process. We got a replacement sent and the replacement was also faulty! I would not recommend 1-day at all personally.
Answer: Good luck with that - they only chat online and apparently don't have phones to be able to follow up with their freight company either!
Answer: You've got to get on the online chat with them and hound the daylights out of them to get anywhere. There is no phone number that I've been able to find, and I've been looking quite hard for the last few weeks myself.
