I ordered some parts and was told they would be here Fri. Thurs. Night I received a message that they were delayed until Mon. I HAD to have the parts by Fri and had even asked a representative there to confirm and was led to believe that as long as I ordered before 2pm I would get the 2 day shipping. When I did not, I cancelled my order because I had to purchase elsewhere. This company charged me for return shipping even though I never received my order. When I tried to contact customer service they argued with me and refused a free return label. This is why Amazon etc. is ruling the industry. Other companies don't compare when it comes to convenience, selection, price, and customer service. I will never use this company again.
I have ordered many parts from 1A Auto. The parts are exactly what I need and if I find out my diagnosis of the problem is wrong they make it easy to return the part for a refund. They even pointed me to a competitor's website because they didn't have the part I need. Great customer service.

$#*!ty company. They where late and send me the wrong parts when returning back they want to charge you for shipping it back. Don't order from this place A1 auto sucks. No help what so ever

Very unhappy with treatment by 1A Auto of Nashua, NH. Purchased a replacement valve cover assembly for a customer's 2007 BMW 328I. After the unit was installed on vehicle, vehicle returned two days later running poorly with a service engine soon light illuminated on dashboard. Upon diagnostic testing, we found new unit supplied by 1A Auto was leaking vacuum pressure and oil due to improper manufacturing. We then purchased new unit from BMW dealer to properly fix vehicle. Demanded refund from 1A Auto which was denied because "the part was installed on vehicle". How the heck did i know the part would not work as promised without installing it on vehicle? 1A Auto then stated they only would offer a "replacement unit" and not a refund... so they want us to wait a few days for a replacement unit keeping a vehicle out of service, spend hours installing it and then hope the second unit would then work properly. Not happy with this type of customer service.

They told me that if I pay for next day air from UPS, they guaranteed that it will arrive on the specified date. It never arrived. They do not know where it is, even by tracking, called UPS, they also said that they have no idea where it is. And I took a day off from work to repair the car. They said they would refund me for the issue, but how does that get the repair done that I need to complete?
Terrible customer service. Product arrived several weeks late. Blamed shipping on shipping company that they engaged. Were unwilling to ship to new location without charging again for shipping. Then when I realized the part was poorly configured and wanted ti return told me I was over 60 day return window so wouldn't even do an exchange or provide a store credit. Instead tried to sell me new part and asked me to eat the cost of the old one. Would never recommend. Totally unhelpful.
Need to get parts to customers when you say your gonna deliver on the 18th today is 19th and still don't have probably won't get till the 21st
Ordered 1963 Chevy gas tank with lock ring and gasket. Received gas tank but no lock ring and gasket. Call and talk to sales clerk, they wanted to send me the whole order again and I send the other tank back, instead of sending the lock ring and gasket much smaller shipment. I new then I was not going to receive the rest of the order.
I had ordered a ball joint and bushing kit for my truck, along with front rotors/ hubs, when the hubs arrived there wasn't much of a box left to be had both rotors were sticking out of the box and scratched and dented up on the face of the hub portion. Next issue is the hub came with the abs toothed gear on it and mine is non abs so because of the gear it no longer fit the gear had to be heated and pulled or cut off to make work. The website never said anything about an abs ring gear. And then never once recommended to buy an oil seal for the hub, it should come with it since you can't replace the hub/rotors without it. I had to go find and buy local to complete that portion of the job. Now on to the ball joint and bushing kit. When you order it they ask you 7200 or 8600 gvwr, and I chose 8600 because that's what mine is (8 lug) after grinding and cutting off the old ones ( factory riveted on) I found they sent the upper ball joins for the 7200. ( different bolt pattern) after searching high and low locally I located 2 uppers for the 8600 gvwr and they fit perfectly. After calling and giving my complaints I was issued a refund of 20 bucks For the ball joints that don't fit. I couldn't leave my truck in pieces for days waiting for the correct ones to be shipped so I was stuck, so between the cost of the correct ball joints and fuel and my time. $20 doesn't seem to be worth of the situation.
Answer: Yes l bought them for the front axle of my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport and the fit and work perfectly.

Having said that, we only have 64 reviews on Sitejabber--lots of room for volatility if someone comes on and writes a 1-star review.
