I used them for years when my late, great Labrador was still alive and they were the best. Right before he had to take the Big Sleep, I had just ordered his joint supplements and they arrived afterwards. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and they gave me a refund and insisted that I donate the supplements to someone else rather than bother with returning them. I will use them for things I may need in the future with no qualms whatsoever.
I would not recommend using this website over others. I placed an order for arthritis meds for my dog, and two days later got an email saying they need more information regarding the order. I had to ask what they needed, (it being the CVV2 code on the credit card) and they stated that they can only ship to the billing address of the card. Which I have never been told before.

As a veterinarian, I recommend staying away from 1800petmeds. I have been contacted numerous times in the last couple months to authorize prescriptions for patients I have never seen belonging to clients I have never had contact with. I have asked my information be removed multiple times, yet I am still been contacted. If a pharmacy cannot even get the right Doctor, I have zero confidence in their ability to accurately fill a prescription.

This is the information that we use to contact their doctor. Our pharmacy employs pharmacists who are all licensed by the board of pharmacy and have the same responsibility to safeguard the health of their patients that doctors, veterinarians, and other health care professionals do.

Good prices on many meds - saves some bucks over store prices.
Although some of their prices could be a little cheaper, they do have good deals on some products and they are of great quality. I trust this company and they have excellent customer service.
I have ordered from this site for over a decade - various dog needs; but have never order from their pharmacy until last month. I have place two orders now in the last couple of weeks with their pharmacy and their service is awful. They blame the vet office for poor communication and both times after a lot of phone calls and research I find for sure that it is 1800PetMeds... and on top of that they argued and argued about their mistake. Dog meds are important. Receiving them in a timely way is important as we all know. So don't use this source for pet meds.

Fast and quality service! Well worth ordering from!
We are first time users and were quite satisfied. Saved over 20% compared to our local Walmart. Shipping was fast and free even though the additional discount sale took the total below the $39 minimum order. I've found other, cheaper web-sites but wasn't as comfortable with the reviews.
I have ordered from them for some time now. Their customer service is great!
Today, 01-23-13 Cosequin Plus MSM (60 count) at 1800petmeds... $35... At Walmart...$19.99... and that is not a sales price either. If people would take the time to open their eyes they'd see this site is s COMPLETE RIP-OFF! SHOP AROUND PEOPLE!

I love 1800petmeds! I've ordered several different types of medicine and shampoo for my allergy prone puggle and everything arrives quickly. Most of the time I get free shipping (if you spend over $39, it's free I believe!) and the package is well-sealed with a cute dog biscuit inside. They regularly send me coupon codes for $5 off here and there. Recently had an issue with my vet not approving a prescription. Once I spoke with my vet, I called 1800petmeds for the first time, as I normally just order online. I didn't have to wait on hold, and Ed was friendly, helpful, and efficient at solving my issue. When was the last time you had *that* kind of customer service?! Thanks, Ed and 1800petmeds. You guys rock my socks. (Winston says thank you as well!)
I was planning on purchasing from 1800petmeds.com but I have to mail in my prescription instead of them calling my vet, as they don't give phone authorizations. I didn't see the mail in option when checking out so I did not complete the order. I never created an account, I never okayed any forms allowing them to create or store anything, I simply started a transaction and then did not complete it. Now when I visit the site, I see "Welcome [my name]!" and a link to My Account on the top of the page. I wrote to customer service and asked them to remove all of my information, explaining all of this. I got a generic reply apologizing for my not being able to complete the order. I wrote back and explained that this was not my complaint, that I was asking them to remove my info. I got a reply that this had been done. It was not, and all of my info was still on the site. I replied again, asking them to please remove my info, that I never authorized them to store it or create any account with it. Again, I got a reply that they did delete it. Again, it was a lie. I tried to change the info in the My Account area but what I was able to change was limited. The site still says my name on top. I don't see how this is acceptable behavior for such a well known company. I have asked for the FOURTH time that they remove ALL of my information, but I don't have high hopes that this will occur. I'm so very relieved that I didn't order from 1800petmeds because who knows what they would have done with my credit card and other information I would have entered during the checkout process. I find this company to be blatant liars and completely untrustworthy. Stay away.
I just started using them a few months ago. My second prescription forr my cat was lost in the mail. It was not my fault, nor was it 1800PETMEDS' fault. (I have an unreliable, and I think dishonest weekend mailmail.) 1800PETMEDS overnighted a replacement prescription immediately. This policy does leave the company open for abuse by dishonest customers who are trying to get a free extra order, but for people like me who had a problem, it is excellent customer service. Service that is unfortunately becoming more and more rare these days.
I've ordered here many times are they are usually really good. I've had two problem orders but they were good about making it right.
Products have always been fresh which is my biggest concern.

I've been dealing with 1800petmeds for years! I love their pricing and their shipping is quick. I always receive treats in the box for my dogs. If I have ever had an issue and sent them an email, they have always responded immediately. No one can beat the pricing and they are awesome!
