I just had some rugs and a couch removed Every thing was done quickly and efficiently The 2 young men were very professional and polite (Mathew and Dayshone) I would highly reconditioned this company and plan to use them again

400 dollars for 2 couches. 80 to remove bed. Expensive removal. Dont use them unless you like giving away your money.

Called to have tvs and electronics hauled away. Quick service. However in giving quote they failed to say there was an additional $10 surcharge for each of the 3 tvs. They should be more trustworthy, honest and up front in quotes.

I paid for yard waste p/u and disposal and was left with half of all the debris that I had to dispose of myself. They didn't have the tools or other means of picking up the branches and twigs from the yard much less from the driveway. I had to provide the tools, rake the yard and sweep the driveway. I collected 6 bags of debris to be trashed.
Now when I call the local office to discuss the problem I get no call-back. Twice!

The two young guys that came to our house were very polite and respectful. They took everything we needed taken and even offered to help my husband with a flat tire that happened just before they arrived. Very pleased.

Whyking and Steven called ahead, arrived when they said they would, were fast, neat, and thorough. Agreed upon price beforehand. Polite, professional, and did I mention neat? Will recommend this company without reservation.

Paid $900 for removal 2 guys broke a table and just left it there for a several disabled woman.
Grows pot in back had 5 plants these 2 guys cropped and stole all plants.

Police have been called. This is in welland on canada. Stay away from this place.

No refund nothing on part of company was done. Really shadey place.

These two young men were very professional and polite. They really took their time and was carefully when moving items from my basement. There were no scoff Marks on my floors or walls. They did a fabulous job.

Don't trust these people. We called to clear items and paid a higher than quoted
Price. The head worker took two items for his own use, telling his helper to put an old typewriter and an another item in the cab of the truck saying those are going home with ME. Will never use this company again or recommend them.

Chris was awesome with taking my heavy couch for a very reasonable price! I am very pleased with the timely and professional manner in which it was done for a great price! I definitely will be suggesting your service to other's!

Shannon and I believe his name was Richard were great! They were very professional, friendly, and made me feel like they were there to truly help me get rid of that junk. This was the 2nd time I used them within a week. The first time the guys named were Jose and I believe Carlos. If you want things gone you should truly call 1 800 Got Junk!

I hired them for cardboard pick up and quoted me $160 over the phone and after pick up, I handed them my CC and the charges were $647. I questioned them and they gave me the Franchise number. I called and cancelled the payment through Amex, but my company decided to pay them and never used them again. My advise, higher a local person and save most of your money. These guys they prey on older people.
