Website was a cinch to use and they contacted my eye doctor for a prescription, so I didn't have to!
It took a few weeks for my order to arrive, but they communicated that clearly. When I talked to the lady customer service, she was really nice. I was glad to get the good rebate!
I noticed $70 extra on my total bill that was not listed in the breakdown just as I was checking out. I immediately contacted them to cancel my order and after asking me questions of why for two days, they said it was too late and my order was already processed and shipped. With all these extra fees the rebate you get does not end up even being a rebate. I would rather not give my money to sketchy business practices like this.
The approval process for my prescription took a long time because my eye doctor's office is permanently closed. However, customer service had quick response times, and ensured I had my contacts by the time I needed them for a performance!

It took over 1 month to get my order after call multiply times. One ever called me and I first call they told would be resend never happen after I called back had to fill out a form and that should had been the first thing they did

Very easy to order your contact lenses online.Just need your eye prescription from your doctor in order to place order. Prescription is good for a year I believe. You can reorder more lenses when needed.
