Wonderful experience. Easy website to use and the contact prescription renewal was easy
The prescription was wrong and it was caught before the contacts shipped and the correct prescription was provided and you still used the wrong prescription. It was not caught until the order was filled and shipped. You would not fix your mistake. We received the contacts and sent them back the same day. 1 week today and you still have not acknowledge received. Once received I can get my refund and then I have to reorder. What a time consuming expensive mistake. It has been 20 plus days and I still don't have my contacts.
Toric contacts are shown as much cheaper than they actually cost. $23 per contact processing fees made these contacts more expensive than anywhere else. The processing fees were added on after I purchased. Toric users beware!

I received my lenses in the timeframe given. My prescription was accurate and my lenses arrived in a sturdy box which ensured no damage to my order. Best of all it was much cheaper than 1-800-contacts. I'm very happy with my order.
