It was easy to upload my prescription and place the order. The ship time was fairly long compared to my husband's order. I would have still ordered since it is my prescription, however, waiting and then getting an email days later that the contacts were out of stock, and I would be waiting an additional time was a bit disappointing. Perhaps when they are out of stock, allow them to be back ordered with the knowledge that customers will be waiting. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the ordering process, the ease of the website, the ability to auto ship, and the contacts themselves.

1-800-GET-LENS had high prices that I overlooked when buying contacts for my son because they have hefty mail-in rebates. In my case, on a $500 order there was a $200 rebate. The rebate made a year's worth of contacts a competitive price of about $300. The rebate is promoted are all over their website and they even deduct the rebate amount from the total on your receipt giving you a price as if they will do what they promise. However, when you don't get your rebate they claim rebatecard.com is a separate company and direct you to call rebatecard.com when they fail to deliver the rebate. Adding insult to injury, the rebate company has NO phone support, so you are on your own. Check the reviews by googling reviews 1-800-GET-LENS, many people complaining their rebates forms were lost, some with tracking to the PO Box. It seems this company had so many bad reviews that they may have changed their name from lens.com to 1-800-GET-LENS both located in Louisiana, MO. Not a coincidence! Don't buy from them if you are counting on your VISA rebate card. If you don't mind paying exorbitant prices for the same contacts you can get cheaper elsewhere without a rebate this is the company for you. But their rebate program via rebatecard.com is a nightmare. Still waiting on my rebate, they claim they never received it and only want originals.
