I placed my order on July 10 and received the contacts Aug 1. By far the very worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be using this company again to order contacts. The customer service reps were absolutely no help in resolving the issue with the manufacturer and said they would be happy to expedite my order for an additional fee. Are you kidding me?! I do not usually leave reviews but this experience makes my blood boil.
Really easy to order and get my prescription quick! Only took about a week to come in, and saved me money!

I had to keep reusing my last pair of contacts waiting for my order to finally show up (being that i've been a former customer it hasn't ever taken this long from what i remember) I've always used 1800contacts because it's usually easy/convenient and they at least give a free contact case which I also did not receive. So bummer that they completely rebranded and changed their methods.

I received wonderful service from the customer service representative when needing help navigating the website of where I can receive an online contact renewal as well as get the prescription to the order already placed. The only way I could think to improve my experience would be to have an axis number entered into the prescription as well instead of the base lens number and curvature.
The lenses took nearly 3 weeks to reach me. That was way too long.
I dont want to write anything. I am just trying to confirm receipt of my order. Ive clicked the 'yes ive received this' link already and yet keep receiving the email to confirm. I HAVE RECEIVED MY DAMN ORDER STOP EMAILING ME. 3 stars because of the emails.
I thought I bought my contact lenses from 1-800 Contacts 😭😭😭 but I had a good experience as well! I was just confused why you guys needed my prescription. I have yet to try the contacts.
