This company creates it's own mailing labels and tracking numbers. I am a VERIFIED PayPal customer, yet my parcel was delivered to a home in Montreal, PQ... I live in Fredericton, NB!
Canada Post went to the location in Montreal and verified the mailing label, the tracking number and the tracking bar code.

In league with Somib Shop, falsify their supposed deliveries. Removed my comments to them about their delivery coming from Grand Rapids, Michigan for delivery in Washington State. Tracking states left Michigan 6:45 am & delivered 12:45 pm to me in Washington State. Tried readout to them, no response other than yo delete my stating that delivery couldn't possibly have happened. Site states they are not responsible and to look to the seller, seller says to contact them. Disputed with credit card co, fingers crossed on that.
I had mixed feelings about this tracking site/app due to the awful reviews it had. I've placed an order on the 18th and was expecting it between the 23rd and 24th and wasn't seeing any recent updates in regards to my package after the 23rd. After contacting the seller, I was able to get a USPS tracking number and finally today I got my package today. The tracking information was accurate to an extent and the seller was really helpful and responsive. Maybe the partnering sellers are scams, but TTDEYE never failed me and 17TRACK is reliable
It's a shame that stupid people are able to leave reviews on a company they don't understand because 17Track is a great concept executed flawlessly! I started using this service after making an order on ador.com and having 17track recommend to track the parcel and found the experience so easy, i don't bother going to the courier's site when I order anything anymore, only 17Track!

It was saying my package was in New York, then like the next day it was saying it was in my state… But now after like a day or two it's saying it's back in New York? I'm confused? It was literally saying it was in my state! I just want my dang jacket.

Walter W. You can comment on these bad reviews with your form letter…. You apologize and offer excuses, but no solution. If your tracking info is bogus or wrong then that is on your company.
You order from Facebook ad (usually Chinese scam company). They give you a Tracking number from 17TRACK that does nothing. Basically they help the scammer by making it look like you might actually get something. It just buys the company a little time before you start trying to figure out how to get your money back. PayPal has no conscience or morals and continues to let known scam sites use their service and Facebook continues to take the money and advertise these sites.
Total bull$#*! every order my rating is 0 but is not an option that why they are 1 star except the fake responses 17 track is part of the scam in transit my $#*! they say it's on a boat not airline total bs.
With so many old school shippers that have these logistics down to the T, then there are these new jokers that make no priority about your orders or shipments. The up to date is never accurate, just a slow underdeveloped system. Stick with FedEx or UPS or DHL, they have logistics down to a T!
I first figured out the site I ordered from was a scam then they send me tracking info for this company and it says it was delivered to my mailbox no way in hell is an electric bike going to fit inside a mailbox. Scammed and on top of that my bank took their side so now I'm out 87$ I'm furious
I ordered from Wayprima at the beginning of June they sure do a good job at making it look like your package is coming even going as far as saying released from customs. THIS IS A JOKE A SCAM and they are for sure working with these FAKE websites. I have tried getting a number for Wayprima and they email me back here is your tracking number, check your shipment and NO company was given to me as far as who was delivering it like UPS, USPS, Fedex etc... I give 17-track a negative 10 for working with scammers. Please dont comment back you have opened facilities in London and blah blah blah save your time!
They reported our parcel as having been delivered. It was not delivered.
They keep on giving one standard answer:
1. Contact your post office.
2. Ask your neighbour if they received it.
3. Your parcel has been delivered.
None of the above is true and they do not know who the carrier is.
They are a bunch of liars.
17 track tracking status showing delivered but I didn't receive any package. It's scam provided fake tracking number. Shame on 17 track doing like this.

I placed an order with Vchics.com for $164 dollars and never received my blouses. This is total fraud from one of the most dangerous countries in the world. They gave the world COVID-19 and everything from there is fraud. China even has a fraudulent shipping company to cover their tracks. Don't purchase anything from a Chinese company ever. Buyer beware!

I ordered a part from dxncar that stated was located in Ohio. They apparently were not. I got a 17track tracking number from the seller. Shipping originated from china. Several weeks later no package. Could not get answer from seller or 17track as to what shipping service was used. Seeems like scammers use 17track to give buyers a sense that something is actually coming. However it never does. Call your credit card company and stop payment of 17track becomes involved. You have been warned.

So disappointed by your service. I have not received my parcel it is 90 days now and your tracking system is just $#*!ed up. Parcel still in transit till today no movement? And cannot get through to customer service. I guess my money is gone I will just have to accept it the money I saved to get my boys clothing.

90 days? What have you been doing for 90 days? Unless you're shopping online for the first time, otherwise you should know that it is not normal for a package not to arrive for more than 15 days.
