It says received but not got anything, please never order from there it's such a scam never trust it

I ordered a Ryobi Weedeater online and received a tracking number through 17Track. I received tracking updates on this as the package was in transit but when the package was delivered instead of getting a Ryobi Weedeater I received a pair of cheap dollar store sunglasses. This site assists scammers into making customers believe there package is being properly routed.

17track does indeed provide a tracking number where you can track what you ordered from a scam shopping site.
They recently delivered a parcel to me however when I opened it it was absolutely not what I ordered and I thought I got someone elses product.
The Electric bike ordered for my daughter turned out to be a pair of sunglasses.
I am livid. 17track should disassociate from all of these companies that scam people through facebook

I ordered something that was supposed to be made in the USA and then shipped from China. Makes no sense. I paid for expedited delivery and that was to be thru DHL or FedEx so I would receive item in 4 to 7 working days. This was on May 7,2023. I still haven't received it. This shipping company and almost all of the companies on facebook are scams.

I realized I was scammed the same day I ordered from a company on Facebook. They used a company name and logo (clearance warehouse) and web address that belongs to another company. The original website i ordered from looked very legit but it disappeared. The real company (Clearance Warehouse) posted a warning about the scam on their facebook page. After I received my order confirmation email (from Ackray and Okelive) I noticed a different company name and address...that tipped me off and I checked it out. The second website was intirely different name and products There were spelling variations in website addresses again after I contacted them and canceled my order within 24 hours that was guaranteed money back. The email address for customer service was a person's name not a company name. They asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said because it was a scam. They said too late order has been shipped and track the package through 17track. I went to USPS to check the tracking number there and it does not exist. Fortunately, I reported the fraud to my credit card company the day of the order and closed the account. I am out $30 but glad it wasn't more than that. Beware of purchasing from ads on Facebook. Check out the company websites and verify they are legit. Also look for misspellings and slight variations in spelling of website addresses, etc.

17tracking is very inconsistent, and it's used by many IG scammers that give the same tracking number to 10 people and that same number stays in their system for month with delivery on the way.

Big scam, watch out for IG Account CEO of Macz / Macz store a sneaker reseller, he has scammed over 30 and counting. Account cannot be verified report this account and share to secure many victims

Tracking showed my pkg sitting in Birmingham, AL, for 2 weeks. Shipper sent an update that shows my pkg hasn't ever been in AL. It was supposedly in Los Angeles on 2/28, was shipped to IL and is now in NY. Nice. The delivery address is in Northern California.

I never got my parcel and they never reply my inquiry message. They are in partner with some scammer companies in China.

Ordered package over a month ago and still haven't received it yet even though it's saying it was delivered. Keep getting run around from seller as well. Worst delivery service ever.

I placed several orders from Facebook and 17track was the shipping company I placed these orders in November and December of 2022 and I still and never have received my order and the tracking information shows they was delivered but I didn't receive them I contacted 17track and they said that they have no control over the packages and that they don't know who they handed them over to which would be another delivery service that delivered them I contacted usps and FedEx and ups and none of them have any information so I can't find out the delivery service and I lost over 500 dollars and the company's won't respond to me anymore I go to the website and the stores come up but they give no email or phone number to call them or email and the stores I ordered from have a totally different name them what was sent to my email so what to do and now when I go to pull up the sites they are not in my search area in my email and I took pictures of 2 of them the Nordstrom one is now closed this is crazy why people want to scam people

I ordered a scooter from Supic company Limited. Email responded from *******@kinchva.com. They said the package was delivered, then requested I check with the post office. I did they said the tracking # was not even a US tracking #. When I let them know I went to the Post office and checked delivery, they were sorry and offered to end the item again in a more secure way, would take 15 to 25 days. They provided another tracking #, Still no scooter. I received a pair of gloves dropped off at my door about a month ago, wrong address to me but close so delivered. No way to tell how delivered or by whom. There was not even an address for the sender.

From the tracking the product arrived from China in 3 days, took 7 days to go through customs in Sydney and was last seen heading for Dubbo...over a month ago...I AM in Sydney!
Now the tracking says it is expired and to contact the shipping company.

I have been using this APP for a little over two months now and have had 0 problems with it. I find it to be very responsive and informative. It runs on auto and I am completely satisfied with the way it operates. I would recommend the app to anyone that ships through Shopify or Paypal!

They twice delivered my item to different states. I think they are a scam just like the place I ordered the item from

This delivery service realy suck they cater to bogus websites and companies to make a profit.
Also they'll lie about delivers
And will not respond to emails really a very bad company.

I just wanted to say that I purchased something online that I thought was maybe a scam as well. I also read reviews for this shipping service and was really kicking myself in the butt but I want to say that I ordered my product on 12/23/22 and received them today with no problem! This tracking service is LEGIT!

Nothing shows up but 17track replies that it is in transit? Waiting for nothing means it's a scam for money I hope we get our refunds
