17Track is a resource for TRACKING PACKAGES, they are NOT a shipping service! People complaining about being ripped off by Chinese sellers SHOULD be complaining to those vendors. All 17Track does is pull tracking data from actual logistics companies and display it in an easily understood and readable format. I use this tool for tracking all of my international purchases. It's free and reliable, there's absolute no downside to it. If a package is delayed, that's the fault of China Post or Orange Connex, et al. It perplexes me that there are so many 1 star reviews here, from people that clearly have no idea who their issue is actually with. Literacy, people

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter in-law in the beginning of November and I still haven't got it and Christmas is in 2 days. I've sent emails and they tell me just wait I'm not a happy camper this place sucks

I ordered something off etsy. Waited and waited. I asked for a tracking number so I could see where my package was. The seller provided me with a link to 17track. I asked for another link to the company that is actually shipping the package. 17track don´t ship anything. The seller said something was wrong with the post company. I have waited for 62 days now, and it still says in transit on the 17track website. It seems like I won´t receive my package, even tho the seller say I will probably receive it soon.

Please stay from this tracking service and also the businesses that use this company. The website had a foldable tent for my car. Oh I purchased the tent it sends you updates, but when you go to the post office. They tell you it is a scam. This website does not exist. It's bogus then when you contact the other company they just give you a complete run around on it was delivered in the mailbox. It's 125 pounds. How are you going to fit this in my mailbox? These people are a joke.

I believe the conive with fake sites to dupe people. I bought items online and was tracking with 17Track. Twice they claimed to have delivered my purchase at my door but it never came people. They may not be selling but they connive to dupe

This is particularly the best app to use for tracking AliExpress orders, it has 2 different sections in the tracking witch is origin (tracking outside your country) and destination witch is tracking inside your country so I really love how it works. AliExpress gave me fake incorrect of the product arriving in my country where as the app tells me where it really went. It's a good app for tracking products. It also shows you what the delivery company will be in your country. The app gives you the best tracking of what's happening with the product, but I will re-edit this review when the product arrives and see the tracking saying it arrived.

Please don't use it or any company that uses them. They will take your money and if thats not enough they than play games with the answer you ask knowing already thst they got you

Ordered something off of Facebook. It's been weeks. The company even gave themselves a $5.71 tip off my my credit card! Emailed them several times, they told me to keep waiting. I asked for the shipping numbers and there isn't one available. How can you ship something without a tracking number? Also, they told me that the item will arrive between 2022-04-05 and 2022-04-16. Well people, it's December not April! The bank filed a fraud claim for me. Buyer BEWARE!

This tracking company doesn't update the tracking information. So if you have a plan to have an item arrive before an event. JUST CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save your self time and extra emails to find out that this tracking site doesn't take its job seriously. I want my products or my money back. It has been over 21 days since I placed a order with Pretty Transfers and the last tracking update from 17Track.net was on 11.16.22. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND JUST DON'T. I'm here for the same reasons as all the other people, to let you know this company is a scam or works with scammers. If you ordered something and got a tracking number for this company like I did, I hate to tell you your goods aren't coming. They will say they are coming and that they delivered but you will never get them. And it's their way of keeping you from getting your money back through your credit card. They tell your credit card company "look, we provided shipping, we can't help it if they never received it". Now you are out the money. I hate scammers.

The Good
17 Track showed me the progress of my shipment all the way from mainland China to my doorstep, with date and timestamps, and locations of my package along the way.

The Bad
There appeared to be a glitch in the tracking as the service told me my package was out for delivery from my local post office, and the package never showed that day. Then, the next day it pinged in a city 2 hours away. The following day, weirdly, it was delivered to my mailbox. This could have been an error on the postal service's part.

The Ugly
Unfortunately the site I ordered from was a scam site and I am in the works to get my money back from the scammers, which leads me to my next point. If the website you ordered from has magically lower prices than 99% of other websites for the same item AND they use 17Track as their tracking provider COVER YOUR BEHIND because theres a high likelihood that you've been scammed. Since 17Track is a free, unmonitored tracking service scammers seem to use it as a haven for their tactics which leaves it up to us as consumers to be weary about which sites we click "submit order" on the internet.

You've been scammed your on this page like the rest of the people who looked up 17 Track. Hopefully the FBI will raid all involved soon. Knock knock

I ordered a package with all types of clothing for my granddaughters CHRIST-mas presents this year. The company was www.onecentss.com. My order was placed on the 27th of September 2022. It was tracked by 17TRACK and then USPS tracked it all the way to my address and shows it was shipped and my package was delivered. What a joke! It had a ball of brown paper wadded up inside with a broken gumball-toy ring inside. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE! :( :( :( :( Go read all the reviews... I wish I would have.

17Track is not a merchant, and it is not a shipping service like UPS. It is a tracking service that provides detailed information about a package's journey and current status, often much more information than the shipper provides on their web site. Since so many people can't seem to understand this web site's actual function and blame this web site for the sins of others, this web site should make it harder for fake shipping companies to sign up and abuse their well-intended and valuable service.

17Track Tracking said Goods Delivered but they never were. Turns out seller had a fake website and fake email address. Asked my bank to do a chargeback on my purchase.

Please stay from this tracking service and also the businesses that use this company. The website of the business I bought a chair has vanished now and even tracking says item delivered to the local post, nothing has been delivered. Shockingly, $400 disappeared from my bank account last week and had to take steps to protect myself. So please don't trust this company and also the businesses that uses this tracking service. HSDSW*******036YQ is my tracking number which says my package was delivered on 10/8/2022. I did not receive any delivery and this is a scam and anybody using this service will be cheated. This is just a scam.

I can prove the 17TRACK is in on the scams from scam websites. I ordered two cycling jerseys from pearlizumisale.com. I received a tracking number for 17TRACK. Instead of receiving the jerseys I received a cheap necklace in my mailbox. Then I noticed that several hours later the tracking said that my package was READY FOR PICKUP at the post office. I copied and pasted this from 17TRACK below. I went to the post office and gave them the tracking number and a picture of the necklace package and asked if there was a package READY FOR PICKUP. The postmaster showed me that the only package scanned was the cheap necklace package and there wasn't any package READY FOR PICKUP. So they can say whatever they want, but 17TRACK is part of the scam, probably getting paid by the scam sellers for adding scam tracking info to the tracking. See copy and paste below:
