This company is part of a scam that operates with fraudulent companies selling non-existent items. They then show tracking of packages that don't exist to try and string along the victim to prevent or prolong the purchaser from charging back

Damn random thieves of the devil damn thieves I hope that damn company goes to hell for thieves that are,, random of the devil, THEY SENT SOMETHING TO ME AND THEY STOLEN IT AND DID NOT LEAVE IT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS THIEVES IF THEY THINK IT IS LIES LOOK AT THE TRACKING NUMBER HERE. TW2307E*******002! THIEVES WENT TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS KNOWING THAT MY ADDRESS WAS CORRECT ON THE LABEL I HOPE AND THAT DAMN COMPANY GOES TO DEVIL THIEVES! It wasn't for the damn city of "Hatboro" damn, it was for the city of "ALLENTOWM" that thieves were coming

I ordered some things and once I got the tracking number I started to check the status of my order but the information was always confusing. The only message they had was departured or arrived shipping partner facility, with different dates, and every time I asked for update, CS said that my order is on the way, and that they are perfect after-sales service company. The last status is that my order was delivered, which is not true. So, please do not use this company as they are irresponsibles and they lack seriousness. You will never receive your order.

Watched site as it tracked from Singapore to Birmingham. Says signed for. No one came and not on video

Avoid at all costs. Lying in emails, package was never sent to me.When I contacted Royal Mail when my package supposedly arrived in Britain they were aware of this bogus company

After waiting 2 months my package was apparently delivered but it actually wasn't?
They're not answering any emails neither allowing refunds.

All they do is wash their hands of any type of issues you might be having! I've ordered two things, and both times their site said delivered to my house… Well surprise it never made it to my house… they said it was delivered; and if the product was not there it was stolen from my porch. Well, I've got bad news for them I have cameras all over my house, plus a Ring. I would 100% if a car pulled up, or if a package was delivered. They might not be part of the scam, but if they are not they need to do a better job vetting their shippers. If you see your package is coming 17 Track just count your losses, and don't expect it to be delivered! Buyer beware!

The tracking service I was provided with made it seem like my package was here but when it's said it was delivered to t said the wrong zip code and there was no package at the door I'm very confused to say the less

Beware of any company that uses this tracking system. I never received my package and they have no idea where it is or who the delivery service was in the US.

People- let's let up on Walter- he is correct, though I do not agree with his form of arguing with all of you- he is fed up, he is not the one, who didn't research the company you bought from, so give it a rest!~
I too was scammed but not by Walter and his company, by the seller. Reading all this demeaning language is pathetic!, no one deserves this treatment, that has not done the problem, he is a worker for a packaging company! STOP on him already!

Ordered from FACEBOOK ad that was selling mountaineering apparel from top-brands La Sportiva and Mammut. Goods were at a significant discount, nearly 80%, I thought they were cleaning inventories, but I should have suspected it was a scam, but the website looked so professional and authentic, and I trusted that FACEBOOK would not allow ads of merchants that have a scam track record. I got a beautiful confirmation email and tracking ID through 17track. I received 2 decorative Chinese laces instead of the actual goods that I had ordered for, that never arrived. I lost about USD 300. Probably, 17track has nothing to do with the scam, they just report fake shipping information.
Shame on FACEBOOK for allowing this to happen. So much AI and bull$#*! and cannot stop this type of fraud on their platforms.

17Track is an aggregated shipping tracking service. It is not an online store, or a shipping company.

I have made numerous purchases from AliExpress, Aoshida and other legitimate vendors and 17Track generally provides more detailed tracking information than other trackers - particularly when an item is delivered via multiple carriers eg. An item might be shipped internationally by EMS before it is handed off to Royal Mail or Australia Post.

If you have trouble understanding what this means, I politely suggest you do not make any further online purchases.

This tracking service said my parcel was delivered, and it was. However, instead of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered I got some junky jewellery packed up in a Zales box with the same tracking number. 17 Track is getting the heat for this, but how would they know what they are shipping? They ship whatever using only a tracking number--they are not the shipper. I blame the original company I ordered from. If you got a much smaller parcel than you expected, this is why--it's a scam perpetrated by the original company. Go after them. I may not get my money back, but I plan on being annoying in the meantime. Shown below is the parcel I received--I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Birkenshoped.com.

This site provides fake tracking information for scammers to make fake sales and have its customers THINK they have a package coming. Then the customer will get messages saying unable to deliver due to incomplete address information. Will also send emails from fake banks saying they have received your payment.

False information on delivery dates. Lots of fraude. This site Should not existe. Don' t take their false information.

I placed an order on 6/3/2023. I have followed all the way from China I am being told it was Delivered, it has not been delivered all I keep getting is well we show it is there. This is a furniture set I would think I would have seen if it was delivered. It showed it was delivered on the 27th of June, I put in the tracking number provided but 17trak to USPS like they keep telling me to do and NOTHING is coming up. This place is crap and they will legit steal from you.

USPS can't find tracking info but 17 track can it programmed they stall out time then say your package was delivered but to where from who?
