Ive been using Zulily for about five years. Ive had a lot of hits and misses. I now only buy trusted brands, or else I keep my expectations low.
Things Ive had good luck with: kids Osh Kosh shoes, kids pjs, womens jewelry, Melissa and Doug toys, kids clothes in general.
Things Ive had bad luck with: home goods, womens shoes, and womens clothing (although Ive kept the last few things) The clothing really is a gamble.
Shipping is slow. You pretty much have to order and then forget it. Ive had a couple of customer service incidents. I received dirty curtains once but was refunded and told to donate them. Another time I ordered some kids shoes that took an unusually long time even for zulily. I emailed them and they pretty much just said yeah, theyre not coming, and refunded me, plus gave me a credit. Like I said, keep your expectations low, lol.
I ordered a comforter in Khaki that I received fairly quickly. I noticed it was the same comforter from another company I had ordered from about a year ago. When I opened it, there was NO brown or undertones of brown anywhere on this comforter. It was a peachy pink color. The other company may have been cheaper, but at least the color was correct. I tried it in other rooms and lighting just to prove the point to myself- it was definitely not Khaki. I also hate the store credit minus the shipping cost. I am with all those who ordered bedding and the anticipation builds only to be a sick feeling when the product is finally opened. I ordered two the same day. This one just got to me quicker. Fortunately, the other is from another company. Hoping and praying that I don't have to waste time giving another bad review. I will never shop here again if it is always going to be this bad. The sad part is that nobody who runs Zulily gives a crap about our reviews. Nothing changes if nothing changes!
I ordered 3 clothing items from Zulilly. One was supposedly shipped in a reasonable amount of time, the other 2 took longer to ship. After waiting several weeks I finally got confirmation of 2 items being shipped but one, which was the one that was supposed to be coming first and which cost me 11.00 plus shipping, was canceled by the sender. Zulilly told me that they were going to give me a credit of $10 which doesn't even cover what I paid for the item but I wasn't going to argue about a few dollars so I figured that I would wait until I needed to order something again and apply the $10 to it. Well, when I finally decided to look for some throw pillows for my bed I found that I no longer had the credit on my account. They are a rip off... they cancel the item I ordered but keep the money that I paid for it. I call that theft and I will never order from them again and will discourage anyone I know from shopping with them. From what I have seen through my own experience, the quality of many of their products are inferior and not worth the money and they do whatever they choose when it comes to refunds.
I recently ordered King size bed quilts from Zulily and when they arrived they were nothing near the color that the text and picture said it was going to be. I called to return them and was told I could only receive a store credit. If I had just changed my mind then this would not be an issue, but I was mislead and they are not standing by their product. Will not recommend them in the future.

I placed an order on 1/26/18 no updates on my order until 2/24 when I received noticed that my item had shipped and due to me 3/3/18. Today being the 19th and I still have not received my order and the UPS tracking number stopped tracking on 2/28/18. I emailed Zulily and got an instant response stating my order had been lost in transit and they would be reimbursing my account however they were not refunding the shipping fee of $5.95. Lost in transit and somehow I still pay the shipping fee? Makes no sense! This is not my first order with Zulily but will be my last. This company is horrible every order I have placed has taken over a month for delivery. Never again!
I bought a dress and it did take a long time to arrive but the small print said it would. Beautiful dress, well made but a bit tight in the shoulders. I asked for a return label and there is where I noticed I get a Zulily credit not a credit back to my card. Had I known that I would have never purchased from them. That type of information should be given at the time of a purchase. Very unethical. Will never do business with them in the future.
They do not own their products and have stuff direct shipped from vendors, That is why it takes so long to get your purchase and why product is not up to par and returns are a total nightmare, IF you get it at all! Buyer Beware!

My first time ordering from zuilily I was shocked to see my credit card got charged but I do not have my merchandise. Is it me or is that weird I have never experienced this before. Four customer service people and not one said the same thing and they all said thats normal to pay before you receive your merchandise Im so confused I order on line before that catalogs and never got charged till it shipped. Ill be one and done my order mysteriously is in its way after I questioned this policy.
It sounds good but when you want to return an un open item you have to wait for their supplier to say they will except the return, I still waiting after two weeks they say 7 days in what year?
I am not overly impressed with this site. To be quite fair, the one order I placed was in December so that may have impacted shipping times. It took approximately 2.5 weeks to ship (for "ready to ship" or whatever they call it; items were in stock) and then delivery/handling was another wait. My package arrived just a hair before Christmas, quite I relief considering I was thinking a present I had ordered would be late. The items were fine- one was a doll similar to a expensive name brand but typically half the price; it was $20 cheaper even on Zulily. The shirt wasn't amazing but it was low-priced and is lovely in appearance. From what I've gathered Zulily offers specials on closeout items along with a mix of Chinese merchandise. If you don't expect much, you will likely leave satisfied. The shipping timeframe is ridiculous though, and that I had to pay for it doesn't especially thrill me. I would only shop there if I found sonething amazing but it's rare; most of the time the best pieces sell in a flash and I only find them later... long after they've sold. I don't usually bother to browse because the majority appears to be low quality flotsam you'd see on ebay for 1.99 shipping in an epacket from China.
I ordered a few things on 2/27/18. During the order process, I pressed the Paypal button. It did not take me to Paypal. My Paypal account is set up to use my preferred credit card. The next day is when I found out that under the table, Zuilly made it an instant Paypal payment and tried to take the money out of my personal bank account without permission. Calls to both Paypal and Zuilly got nowhere in resolving the issue. Instead my bank and I had to close my bank account and start up a new one because of the fraud by Zuilly and Paypal. The merchandise has not even shipped. They could have easily cancelled the order. What company hides their transactions with Paypal so that they can use an instant payment instead of a credit card, all without the buyers knowledge or approval.
I ordered three tops to go with leggings and the three came today in four days. They all fit well and are beautiful. I am thrilled as I couldn't find anything like this in stores. I will order again. Amazing
I've always admired the Zulily clothes from the pop-up ads. I finally ordered without reading any reviews. My first two shirts arrived within a week. My third has just shipped (15 days earlier than expected), but I knew when I ordered that it would take longer. They fit as expected, but I didn't think one of them flattered me. I went online and selected the return option for that product, and was immediately emailed the return label to use. I later decided to keep the shirt (it was 19.99, and they would keep 8.95 for shipping). I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, when that wasn't my experience at all. I think it is unfair to give them one star when your only issue is a longer shipping time than you wanted.
I ordered a small black dress for my daughter. Fist of all it took a longer then a month to get it and when I called them they told me I would just have to wait.and then when I received it was not a small it was so big it had to be a large.so I email them and they emailed me back and told me that they would credit my account $1.04 and then they would take out for them having to send me a box for shipping. When they received the dress. I will never order a dress from them again!
Zulily sells merchandise they don't have on hand. If they can't get it from the manufacturer, they just credit your card. They charge you right away and, weeks later, they tell you the manufacturer can't ship the items. They don't even have a warehouse! They need to be investigated!
I love this site. They always have different beautiful clothing! This is not fraud or a scam I have bought many items from them and was delighted.
I keep discovering web sites owned my any "Z" for the first letter or any "lili or liligal" perhaps even "luli" or lIgal sites VERY CORRUPT. They are in China, and have several sites with the same clothing, and totally CORRUPT! They will not cooperate with USA standards, and will try to outwit you and cause you total dismay.
PASS THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS ON TO ANY SITES ANYTHING "SOUNDING LIKE" THE WORDS LISTED ABOVE. AND LIKELY... MORE...
Company sent me the wrong items on multiple occasions and on top of that a lot of their clothing and items were extremely cheap looking ie from the dollar store.
They lie and they cheat on vendors... always chargeback vendors for shortage, I mean ALWAYS! And they do not pay, or do not pay on time. Very unethical in conducting business, I would be worried to do business with them as a vendor or purchase any merchandise from them as a consumer. I am here to provide information, it is your job to make the decision.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
