I have only been ordering from Zulily for the past few months, but I love it. They do take a little long to ship, but it's not an intolerable length of time. They do have to wait for the items to come from the companies who are selling on their site. Also, I don't understand all the bad reviews about returns. Two days ago, I received a candle that was broken during shipping. I emailed Zulily and they replied promptly that they would refund my money. No need to return. And then again yesterday, I received a pair of slippers that were men's not women's. Once again, they promptly replied, are refunding my money and I do not have to return them. They also gave me a 10.00 credit. These two problems I've had were an anomaly. Usually, everything is perfect.

I LOVE ZULILY!

Yes, I have to wait for most items I buy, but I am a bargain buyer and I have not found anytthing that can beat theri prices, unless it is used in ebay. And yes they charge $9 to send things back but I buy so much from them the $9 you can send back 5 items at a time. I have bought linen dresses from them made in Italy and they take a while to get to me, but I could not afford them in even a discount store. Soooooo I LOVE ZULILY! And I heve never had a problem with customer service.

Absolutely Love

If youre not in a big hurry to get something, then Zulily is the place to shop. They have multiple categories that change all the time so there is always something new to look at. The only thing I would not recommend buying from them is shoes and thats only if you have an odd size. They have some of the best shoe sales, even on comfort shoes that are usually pretty pricey. Just a hint: if there are multiple items that you want to purchase, buy one by itself first. You will pay under $6 to ship that item, then everything you buy for the rest of the day is free shipping. Also, I try to wait until Friday to buy because then I get free shipping all weekend. When you see that they dont take returns, dont let that deter you. I have only had a couple of issues where the item didnt fit like I thought it would (and I buy a ton of stuff from them). On those occasions, I messaged them or emailed them and explained what was wrong. They would have me take a picture for them, then I would get my money back and they would ask me to give the item that didnt fit me to someone who could use it. Please dont abuse this. Their customer service team is amazing. The fact that they would let me donate an item I cant use is so socially responsible and completely sweet. For the most part, it takes about 4 weeks or so to get products, but Im usually just buying artwork or stuff for the house. I also buy clothes during end of season clearances, so Ive never had to worry about my orders arriving in time. Zulily wants to keep their customers happy and thats why I will keep ordering from them. Theyre a pleasure to shop with!

$8.95 initial shipping, another $8.95 to return two non fitting items, and another $8.95 if I use the non refundable credit: a total of $27 shipping. Cant buy anything with their $5 credit!

I ordered two tops and after i paid the money the shipping would take a month so i immediately canceled the order in 5 minutes. I have not receive my money back yet and they said oh it will be 5 to 7 business day's but it only took you a minute to take it. Never will i order again Amazon will be my place of business.

I'm surprised to read so many negative reviews - I've been ordering from Zulily for about two years and I've always been very happy with my purchases. I've ordered many items from the brands Eloges and Reborn - always arrived as described and they've become my wardrobe staples! The only downside is that items usually take several weeks to be delivered, so I wouldn't recommend using Zulily if you need a garment on a very specific date. Other than that, I've found their customer service friendly and responsive. On one occasion they sent my the wrong item and when I let them know they reimbursed me immediately AND I got to keep the item (which I really liked although it wasn't what I'd initially ordered!). Another time that the item wasn't shipped within the normal timeline, I emailed to complain and they immediately gave me store credit. When the dress did arrive it was lovely and just as expected. I'll keep ordering from them again.

Last year I bought a maxi dress that was on sale for $25. When it eventually showed up and I tried it on, it was apparent something was off. The tag was sown to the front, none of the seams we're symmetrical and print was way off center. I decided to try again last month with tunic tops. Lead time was long but acceptable. The quality and fit proved the dress was no fluke. One top had unhemmed sleeves. Another had a front and back the same length and the hem started to unravel the first time I wore it. You really do get what you pay for on the website but I won't be paying for anything with Zulily ever again

Have ordered from this site several times over the past 10 years and have gotten some great things and a great price. Don't order from here if you are in a hurry... the wait time can be long but that is listed all over their information. They used to have no returns at all and now I noticed that some items are able to be returned. This is nice but their return policy is dumb.
They do not credit your card (even if it is a Zulily card!) but instead only give store credit. This should definitely be made well known as I never saw this info anywhere, even when I looked up the return policy. So I have to pay the full balance on my card even though I have the credit just sitting there on my zulily account. Just stupid and illogical. What if a person never wants to order from them again... what the heck are they going to do with that store credit. It is just as easy to credit the card and I find this policy very deceiving.
When looked to contact them, chat is unavailable, no email listed and no one answers the phone. You can get some good items through the site (especially toys, books, kids clothes) but just beware of wait time and basically expect no returns.

I ordered 5 items from Zulilly, on 3-24-18. Although order status says delivered I have not received them. Upon calling I was informed the delivered status on one item meant it was delivered to the customs office. And most likely would not be delivered to my house for approx another 7-10 days. The other items are being processed for shipping. Not worth the long wait for delivery of the items.

I have been a loyal customer of Zulily for 8 years. One of my latest orders was marked "Shipped" for 6 weeks, but never arrived. It took multiple emails from me to get anyone to look into the problem. In the end, they claimed it was returned "Undeliverable," even though I have packages delivered almost daily and have NEVER had a problem. They credited my account a whole $5.00 and basically told me they couldn't care less if they lost me as a loyal customer.

Ordered some solar string lights through Brads deals. They are in route to zulily after 1 month. Got an email saying they have not shipped. What flakes, will tell people not to order from this business. Be honest or do not do business.

I love this site. Chock full of goodies. They have everything from jewelry to housewares. The only downside, shipping is not the cheapest and it takes a while (10-12 days) to receive. They sometimes have free shipping.

I was about to pull the trigger on a bunch of makeup and other things. I found all for MUCH CHEAPER on other websites. For example the makeup was listed as normally $48, but on sale for $29. I had never heard of this contour kit so I searched it and found the EXACT same one ON WISH of all place for $6, and I don't normally shop at Wish. I found the other stuff on sale at the actual retail stores or overstock for the same or cheaper.

I'm so frustrated with zulily.com I returned $60 worth of light up shoes that won't work with my son's (who has cerebral palsy) leg brace. My son just wants to be like all the other kids who have light up shoes. Zulily is saying I didn't use their return label (WHICH I DID) so now I don't have the shoes or the refund. I should have donated the shoes. At least someone could have gotten some use out of them.

Slow shipping

I ordered an item on the 20th of February, it said it would have to specially made, to give a few extra days. No mention it was coming from China (be sure to check). It wasn't put in the mail from China until the 9th. Since then there was no update on where it is or when it might show up. This was an Easter gift that needed mailed to another state. I figured ordering in Feb would be more than enough time for me to get it and be able to get it off in time. Is now the 27th of March, the package has to go out today. I have been in contact with Zulily twice and get the same canned letter, it can take 21 days from the time it is put in the mail in China. Wouldn't it be nice if they told you in the description that shipping times could be slow. You can't get any information through, emails, chat. And I am to angry to talk to a real person.

On a positive note the other three items I ordered and received within a week were of normal quality. Research where this stuff is coming from, and expect to order something that you need from China could take two months. If you aren't needing before then order away.

I wish, I would have read the reviews on Zulily before I placed my orders. No wondered why their website does not have option for customer reviews because their reviews here are sucked. Anyhow, I have been buying products from zulily for three years. Initially, their products quality was cheap but at least same color and size, but since last year, I have been worse experience with zulily with their products. I ordered two pairs of shoes size 8, which is my size. One pair was very big and the other pair was fit fine. When I wrote Zulily to replace the big size, they did not reply me. Usually they pop up on Facebook chatting window for advertising their products all the time, but when I left them message on Facebook chatting window, they did not respond me either. Then I placed order 2 pairs of shoes for 7 size, One was fit and another was too small. I wrote them again but no response. To call them, you have to take a day off from your work, because their phone waiting time is too long. Then I ordered quilt set and cover for love seat which was on sale, the color I had ordered, were not same for both set. It was completely different. I knew they are not going to respond me, therefore, I did not write them, but I stopped shopping from Zulily. I started shopping on Wish, they were worse than Zulily. These both chines companies are cheap and fraud. I stopped shopping online now, because you cannot get the item or size what you like and they charge shipping, if you add the shipping on product, you can find out better quality and cheaper in local market than these fraud companies.
