Because of the variety of items offered on Zulily, I can always find what I need (or want) at a great price. I look forward to browsing daily.

I've had very few problems with Zulily. There are always great deals and adorable products. Occasionally I will get a dud, but I think that's due more to me not reading the reviews of how something fits. I've only ever had to contact customer service once, but when I did, it was easy and quick. They were very polite and helpful.

I have been a customer of Zulily for several years and would suggest that Zulily conduct classes on products and Customer Service... it is a pleasure to deal with Zulily... Keep up the great work!

I love the selection offered and the prices, for the most part, are good, but how long it takes to get the merchandise, IF you get the merchandise to offset the great. Also, the 3 easy payments you can do on your zuliliy card makes it all worth it. Also, dont like how the lowered the limit on my credit card even though i have made all payments on time-bc of my credit score.

I have received a few ok things I ordered but mainly I'm tired of their terrible return policy and the inconsistent state of the things they sell. Buyer beware! Store credit for junk...

My friend turned me on to Zulilly and now I can't stop shopping! Love everything I have ordered. Keep up the good work. Only thing I wish they did was offer free shipping and choice of credit or money back on returned items. So far, I haven't returned anything!

I love purchasing from Zulily, I am always finding what I need and they stand by their products. Their customer service is the BEST, they always aim to please and are very understanding. I have never had a problem with any of my purchases.

I learned the brands that had good products and avoided the ones that were inconsistent either in size or item.
I preferred the jewelry gold on brass, and for the most part was pleased, though ring sizes differed even within same name brand.
Once bought top that was right color but not same design as advertised, so I too would say there definitely is improvement needed or else the customer may not be a return customer.

I have been buying stuff for a couple of years on Zulily. All of the items are great quality and I love that now, most items are returnable if something is wrong or it isn't what you expected. I have bought many gifts for family and friends on here. I will continue to shop as they have an awesome variety!

Lots to choose from and products I haven't seen before. Clothing sizes are hard to gauge sometimes and return shipping is cost prohibitive. Shipping is so slow!

I am always happy with my Zulilly shopping experiences. The prices are great and the merchandise is top quality. As long as you are not in a hurry to receive your order, go ahead and place it.

I love the curated collections and the shopping deals, but sometimes shipping is inconsistent. I know it's not entirely their fault, but frequently things I have ordered will come in much later than expected and promised by the site. At least once, an order never came in. However, the prices and selection are good, and I've been happy with the things I've ordered.
