If you stay with name brands you will do okay. I wouldn't buy any unknown name any more because I am always disappointed. I don't bother to send it back because their return policy makes you pay 8.95 and you don't have a chance to send it back by your own postage. So I make sure to buy name brands I know are of good quality.
I love Zulily. From clothes to toys to camping stuff everything I have bought has been incredible. So easy to order and comes right to my front door. I can't wait to open my email every morning to see what is new

I discovered Zulily by chance about six years ago and have come to rely on them not only for clothes, household items, and gifts that I love, but for many of my daughter's clothes and toys. Once I got used to the wait of receiving an item after a week, or longer in some instances, I am usually very pleased with my purchases. They offer off-the-beaten path items at competitive prices, as well as many high-end labels at extremely reasonable prices. Their customer service is Alway Helpful - imagine that!
I usually end up comparing prices with other sites because I never know when my order will arrive, and I usually cannot get all of the items I like in the same time because there are not available all at once and I end up paying for separate shipping all the time, which adds up, especially when I want to return something and then again I have to cough up another $8.95 for each five items.
Last year I pretty much did all my Christmas shopping on Zulily. This year, probably not. I'm so confused as to why a shopping site that was started for moms and kids has turned into a place where I am shocked at the items using the "F" and "S" words on items for sale. I'm so disappointed. So, my idea of what makes up a great place to shop is no longer fulfilled with Zulily. It had a wholesome appeal that first attracted me. Not any more! Get rid of the items with bad words and go back to your beginnings. Somewhere along the way to popularity, someone got greedy and thought they would add another group of shoppers. Fix this or i will be ordering less and less. I did call in to CR not too long ago about this but it seems no one really listened. Amazon will probably take your place.
I love Zulily. I love the daily surprises on this site. You never know what will pop up. Zu has great items at a discounted price. Shipping is much quicker than it used to be. If I ever have a problem with an order, the customer service is very good. Zu is my "go to" website.
I love Zulily for the Unique and great products. I never see any one in the clothes that I have purchased and I am always asked "where did you get that?" The return fees are a little high. I would rather give the product away than return it. The money lose is to great!
Zulily is a great place to browse and shop. The products/brands offered are a good variety. I used to buy more clothing items when my child was younger/smaller; now, i do not purchase clothing items as it is difficult to size different brands (i. E. a size 10/12 in calvin klein fits differently than a 10/12 in michael kors.)
I still do not like their return policy but a few items i've purchased - household, jewelry - have arrived damaged and a phone call to zulily resolved the matter whether they adjusted/credited price or sent a new item if they had in stock.
I buy perfumes, gift items, and 'boxed' items and have been, overall, satisfied at product selection and value.
Some of the items I order are terrific, however, some as others have stated are not well made. Helps if you know the brand before buying. I know others have commented on defective items, I have received several but always receive a credit and do not have to go through the trouble of return. I just take a picture and email. I am very happy with customer service. Would like to see better brand names with higher quality materials.
I have so much fun looking at all the many items. Shopping is used friendly, free shipping for a time period lets you go ahead with the items you may have saved. Just a little tempting!
I "window" shop Zulily every day and rarely shop, but when I do I have been happy with my purchases knowing that I am getting what I pay for and will have to wait a while for the shipment
I love seeing new items at Zulily every day or so but some items are more worth-while than others; thus, checking size charts, fabric content in clothing, etc, measurement charts is a must in order to be pleased with one's order. I find Zulily staff very friendly and accommodating if/when issues arise with an order or something is missing from an order... just contact them asap with questions. The only negative points would be the time of shipping/receiving an order sometimes and the fact that when a new day's listings reach my area(midwest), some items are already sold out; apparently those in the western side of the USA get first "dibs", I suppose. As one shops the website, which brands. Esp of clothing... are better-made and of higher quality... are easier to distinguish. So, as with any online website... caution is an absolute necessity in order to be happy with one's order... do your research first!
I order a lot from zulily, but only for the home and children. Found some unique items for my grandchildren for gifts. I do not order clothing for women. I find it is cheaply made and very poor quality. Shipping takes way too long. I often forget that I ordered something. I enjoy shopping for the holidays on zulily.
Zulily is a great place to shop. They have great products as well as the best customer service. I have orderd numerous items from them and have never had an issue with either product or customer service the few times something didn't fit. You are definitely missing out if you don't check them out.
I just discovered Zulily last year and have used it frequently. They carry very good items and brands and the prices are amazing! I've learned to order very early if item is for a gift because it can take a very long time to receiveZulily does not have a large warehouse, items come from manufacturer then to Zulily then to me. Surprisingly some things do come quickly. I have been very pleased using the Zulily site. Is particularly good for birthdays and Christmas. I've even bought a few needed things for myself.
I have been ordering things from Zulily for about a year. I love the different product offerings that the site offers. Shipping is sometimes quick other times very slow but shipping times are stated with the product you are ordering. Returns are expensive but they can be shipped in a group for one price. Other vendors charge by item. The products I have received are flawless. Overall, easy to do business with, easy returns and great customer service!
I have been shopping Zulily for years and love getting your emails daily to see what you have for purchase. I have received a few things that just didn't add up to the way I thought they would but my overall my shopping experiences have been great.
I order at a minimum once a month from Zulily and I am never disappointed. I order for numerous family members; husband, daughter, granddaughter and of course myself.
I was reluctant to try Zulily for the first time, because I'd heard about long delays and didn't want to buy something, then have it not fit when it arrives, only to have to wait AGAIN, or have it already sold out.
But my fears have been allayed. There are items which take a while to get there--if you need it in a hurry, look for the items with a rocket icon beside it--sometimes those show up before I start looking for them! I've had to return a couple of items, and the process is easy, no fuss, and fast. And when their items run out before shipping--you get a store credit above the amount of your refund! It's GREAT!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
