I love Zulily! I have been a customer with Zulily for quite some time and 95% of my purchases I have been pleased with. I would say the 5% were from merchants that didn't have quality products as advertised. I wouldn't say that is Zulily's fault. I know that they have featured many new merchants but I think that they should be a little more careful with selection. Bad purchases sometimes impact their reputation. This has not changed my thoughts about my overall shopping experience with Zulily. I always refer friends, family and co-workers to Zulily. This is so evident that whenever a co-worker compliments an item that I am wearing, it is followed by "That's from Zulily, right!" I takes a lot longer to get purchases if you later discover that the are coming from out of the country so it would be nice if Zulily noted that in the description, before you purchase the item but other than that Zulily is the best!

If you do a lot of research, you can snag some deals. But most of the unknown items are really garbage. The customer service is excellent, but I'm done with Zulily because it's such a let down to get a package that turns out to be garbage.

I absolutely love zulily. The variety of brands and products is exemplary and I can buy gifts for family, friends and of course myself easily.
The quality of the items are never consistent as well as the sizing guide. I have been sent other peoples packages and items I really wanted were canceled. I used a purse for the first time a bought months earlier and the lining started falling off. I am now stuck with a $40 purse as well as another one that has a mark on it and it has not been used. Past the return time frame.
As far as my experience with customer service it has been fairly positive. Quality is my biggest complaint.

I have been shopping with Zulily for almost 10 years. I love the variety and typically the quality. I am confused by why only a certain number of items can actually be added to the shopping cart when it appears you have added more. Where do those extras go? Is it 29 or 49? These are real questions!
I guess my situation is a little special as I live in Denmark. That is over seas. Europe. Some times it feels as Zulily, or maybe rather USPS are not aware of this fact. Actually I love finding stuff/clothes that are different and kinda exotic to me, and mostly I have been very pleased with my busy, fore instance there is so much more plus size clothes available than here. But the shipping part. Oh my. Not so good. From all the items that I have bought. Circa 50 percent of them actually arrive here, and it can take months to come, which is very sad as I really do love the things I find. In all fairness I have to add that the few times they used Dhl global forwarding the goods arrived very fast, and if I was not at home a note was left with information on in which postshop I could pick my parcel up, great service! I wish they would ship with Dhl every time. The problem with USPS is that if I am not at home. They leave no message. They just return the parcel to Zulily, and I will never know that they were actually here. Which I sometimes seriously doubt. I never have had any problems with having my money refunded and I have also worked things out by calling Zulily and had a good talk with a very polite and friendly person. So really I would love to give a much better rating. But alas. The success rate of me getting the stuff I have ordered, is too low
Zulily is my FAVORITE place to shop! They have a wonderful variety of things at great prices and offer excellent and prompt customer service on eligible returns and correspondence. They also offer a payment plan. Occasionally an item doesn't work out but more often than not, I've gotten things from Zulily that have become favorites. 1 suggestion would be that they consider offering gift receipts as I frequently buy gifts from them but would feel better giving a gift receipt along with the gifts. Lower shipping fees on purchases and returns (especially for frequent/loyal shoppers) would be great too but their overall product supply and service makes the current prices well worth it. Highly recommend!
I've been ordering ALOT from Zulily since 2016 and have been pleased for the most part. I've had problems with receiving merchandise that I've already paid for and for the most part I've received credit. Except for this past July 31st I didn't receive quite a few items and have NEVER gotten a response from Zulily or credit which is very upsetting
I wish your sizing charts for women's clothes could be better. Also you could have more days of free shipping!
I love Zulily for a lot of reasons. They have high quality items for low prices. They have a team of people who are beyond helpful anytime I have an issue. I like the variety of things I can find on the website. I have a child with special needs and going to stores can be challenging. Zulily provides me a way of finding unique gifts with great quality at low prices and they are delivered right to my door.
I come here everyday, don't always buy things but it is my favorite place to shop. Never any problems, stuff gets here in a reasonable amount of time.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
