Zulily is a blast. New items every day. Great prices. Things I don't see anywhere else. I love it.
Some finds are more amazing than others, but I've had few disappointments with my many purchases. Sizing keeps a lot from shopping Zulily. I typically order my regular size unless it states specifically runs small or large.
I can literally find ANYTHING on Zulily, ranging from decor for around the house (indoor or outdoor) to things that I use everyday (soap, cleaning supplies, snacks). Zulily has everything and I love the boxes even say Zulily on them so I know when they're my orders.
My experience shopping over the years has been great. I love the way there is always something new in addition to the old (so if I missed it the last time it's back again). You can't beat their prices. Your prompt and excellent customer services, truly makes shopping with you guys enjoyable. Thank you.
I enjoy the new variety of items offered each day and most things I've ordered and received met my expectations. I have received broken items and items that were unsatisfactory but customer service is excellent and most returns were taken care of but usually not available to be reordered. Zulily has started accepting returns in general but the return fees usually make it too expensive to justify returning it. I do wish they would improve that. Overall it's one of my favorite places to shop.
I'm very satisfied with Zulily. Some deliveries are a little lengthy and I miss some things I want to their being "gone" but overall I'm happy with the products and service.

I recently had 2 packages go to the wrong states. One to New York and the other to Maryland. The customer service rep blamed ups and Usps. The packages are delivered according to the address on them. That was a total turn off for me as well as an insult. I deliver packages and would not just deliver to a random address. A refund without taking responsibility for the mistake made me reconsider if I'm going to order again. Not happy.
I have ordered many things from Zulily and for quite some time. I love the broad range of items and have NEVER had a quality issue. Completely addicting and dangerous but I love it. In today's age where things are instant (i. E. Amazon) Zulily does take a little longer but still well worth the regular sized wait.

Overall very happy. Would like more choices in under garment wear. (Depends underwear and assurance wipes as well as briefs. I love Voss water without flavors due to exercising and needing non carbonated water. Very good for losing 1 pound a month. Since I'm home bound and can't get out to drive this store really helps me get what I need minus what I listed.
The one problem I have with Zulily is if you order something and it doesn't get shipped out by the expected ship date then it gets canceled. I do not have the choice to wait or to cancel. If I didn't want it then I wouldn't of ordered it. This has happened to me at a minimum of 3 times. The first time it happened I didn't even need it for 5 months (at least) therefore, I was willing to wait. Each time I was willing to wait, but I have no choice whatsoever. Two of the items were very important gifts. I was extremely upset by this. As for their customer service all I can say is... outstanding. I've spoken to them on a few occasions and they always took care of me. They are very friendly and try to always make it right. They want to take care of you and help you any way they can. They have the best customer service out there. I give them an A++ in that department. As for their prices they are, for the most part, competitive. I am a clearance shopper so when I can get an extra 30%, 40% or more off clearance prices then I am shopping a lot whether it's at the store or on their website. So, January-March I'm purchasing fall/winter clearance and August-October I'm buying spring/summer clearance. These are the best times to shop for this type of merchandise. I'm not sure how much control Zulily has over pricing, but this is something that should definitely be considered and looked into. Overall, I enjoy shopping on Zulily and the day they quit taking care of the customer and/or sell a bunch of junk I will continue to shop here. I've included a couple pics of recent orders I've received and I guess I should mention everything is always package well.

Love my unique purchases! Most items are fantastic! Some items are awful/epic fails! Hard to know until you receive the item and use it. Some are great quality. Some are not. Again, hard to know until you receive it. But overall- I would recommend this site.
I've made several purchases from here... I can tell you this, the clothing sizes and fit are mostly different from the size chart. Some of the clothes were poor quality and or had holes in them. I never returned anything always figured out ways to either use it or pass it along to someone who can.
Prices vary on things, I can find a lot of these items at home goods/tj maxx. Do your research.

Zulily offers quality merchandise at great prices. Their customer service department is unsurpassed in making sure the customer is happy with products received. Variety and value bring me to the website every day. I can't wait to open my Zulily boxes when they arrive!

Some items take a very long to ship and some things are non-returnable, so you have to pay attention to that when ordering. The quality of some items is poor, so go with name brands you know whenever possible. The Smart-Pay option is nice. Be aware that when you return an item, you don't get a refund on your credit card, you receive store credit instead, so either way, they still get your money!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
