I love Zulily but I don't like the fact that most items can only be returned for store credit. Lately, I've purchased some clothing items that were of a poor quality and appear to have been sent directly from China. I've enjoyed many purchases but I now know I should only buy trusted brands and not make decisions on what looks nice on my screen.
I purchase a lot from Zulily! But, in the last few weeks I have received items which are broken, damaged or just don't meet my expectations. It would be perfect if Zulily would send shipping return labels with my purchases so that it would make it easier to return for credit or exchange.
Zulily has a variety of merchandise with great discounts. I rarely log in that I don't leave without a purchase.
Most of the items are a good deal and worth waiting for. It helps if you are familiar with the brand.
Zulily has so much cool stuff to look at. I have gotten some great deals mostly for the kids. I've gotten some duds as an adult. Mostly product names I've never heard of but I hate to spend too much as I know you can't just send it back for an exchange. You need to be so sure that's your size. I wish there was more detail and pictures on some things like in my favorite catalogs. One time I did order something, got it, the bag had the correct size but the product inside did not. I called them and they quickly refunded my money as they did not have anymore for an exchange. So that made me keep coming back.
Love the variety, ease of check out. Shopping multiple stores at once! Better than an outlet mall!
Mostly I shop Zulily for clothes and find it's a great way to find good values on both essentials and a couple of brands that I normally pass by due to the regular retail price. Shipping has been prompt and ordering process is simple.
I've never tried to return anything and have only had one true "dud' of a purchase. Pretty good batting average for Zulily.
How to improve? A larger selection of natural fiber clothing pieces would be a treat.
I have to say every item I have purchased from Zulily has been of good quality. The customer service department has always been more than helpful when I had a need. I will continue to shop with Zulily and will always recommend them to others!
I have enjoyed using Zulily to find some great bargains on brands that I like, plus I have discovered some new brands. I know the quality of the merchandise is going to be good and the price, in most instances, is really good. I have taken a few things out of my cart when I compared prices and found that I could get the same thing for the same price through Amazon and have it in a day. That's my only complaint. At times, it's just not worth the wait for a dollar or two. However, if the price is really discounted or I don't care when I get the item, I use Zulily. I appreciate the day before notifications.
I really do love Zulily. I don't have tons of money to spend on clothes and gifts, but on Zulily, I can get quality items at a great price. And, not being able to return some items purchased from Zulily actually makes me more thoughtful about my purchases (so I don't buy on a whim!). Keep up the good work!
I have been buying from Zulily for years and love their items. If for some reason I don't like an item - it is easy to return. I love all the different type of items i can look at each day and save them - t hen review my cart and pick out what i really want.
Easy to purchase from. Sometimes the clothes don't fit even when I order one or two sizes bigger. Overall I like the choices and prices.

Zulily never lets me down for finding bargains. I love the selection of items and the overall quality.
Some merchandise is a good steal but shipping cost are steeps compare to other companies. Many items take way too long to get especially if it's a holiday item that you want for the holiday and receive it thereafter. It does offer a good variety of merchandise though.
