I love Zulily. There are new items every day and the prices are great. I do a lot of my Holiday shopping here and also purchase many items for myself. Love the jewelry and the shoes but have purchased sweaters, bedding, and so much more!
Over the past year I have order many items from Zulily and I am very please with the items. I've ordered blouses, sweaters, boots and dresses and all are great items.
Love the variety of products and the convenience of having all the "shops" in one place. Every time I have had to deal with customer service they have been amazing and really made me feel like a valued customer. Few negatives - I have found that in the last year or so orders are taking longer and longer to get. Sometimes I buy multiples of something and they may be sent out in 3 different shipments. This makes it difficult when you are trying to complete projects. Would like to see something like free shipping on all orders over $40. And one last criticism - sometimes things are really poorly packaged and have arrived damaged.
I love the changing shops and the awesome deals. You can truly find anything on here and I love that a lot of the stores are unique.
I am on a fixed income, good to know that zulily provides affordable items for me and still be in style.
I love Zulily. I look at the site daily and love to shop there. I've ordered a lot of things over the last few years. There's only one thing I'd change: The ammount of time it takes to get most of the things I order. Sometimes you label items that can ship rapidly. I sure wish you could send everything as rapidly. If you could then I'd order more--like gifts for others. I've gotten clothing in the past that are out of season by the time I have received them. I know that I'll get them, but they may have to wait in my closet for 3 seasons before I can wear them.
I've been a Zulily shopper for over two years and the service is great. Zulily brings deals on products I've know & loved and products I never knew existed but needed. Even if I don't find something to purchase "window shopping" is fun with Zulily.
I love Zulily so much! The only thing I have to say is the shipping. I'll get an email notification late in the evening to let me know that I have free shipping but usually will expire within a couple hours. That's always a bummer.
I have been shopping with Zulily ever since it's inception. I don't like that it takes weeks or sometimes months before you receive your order. There have been times that I had even forgotten that I had ordered something. I have ordered a lot of small child clothes. When I ordered a blouse for me, when it came, it was backless. There was nothing mentioned in the description that said that. I called and they returned my money, and I suggested they include a photo of the front and back of their clothing. I have ordered things with I thought would be plenty of time, and yet the birthday gifts I ordered did not arrive in time. The prices have been good over the years, but seems to me like the prices have gone up considerably. I still purchase from Zulily, but not as much as I used to buy.
You rarely have a good description on anything you sell. It is pitiful and I'm sure keeps a lot of people from ordering. I'm sure you hear from people everyday about your shipping taking forever yet you do nothing to change it. I know a lot of people that quit going on your site because of it. A lot of clothes from different companies are junk. It has made me not want to buy because then I lose with the return shipping charge.
Overall, I like Zulily and the huge selection of products, but it can be hit or miss with the quality and workmanship on some of the lesser known labels that they are affiliated with. However, if you are familiar with the labels and products that are carried on QVC and some of the higher end products you do receive a fairly good " bang for your buck" that you otherwise couldn't afford or wouldn't spend the money on. They are trying to showcase lesser known labels just like Amazon but the quality control is minimal or non existent. Many of the lines of clothing they carry are European/ Asian sized and is significantly smaller than the American size guide so always check the sizing charts. They're not as good as they could be but they are helpful. Giving you a store credit instead of a refund is kind of a way to guarantee that you'll return and shop, as well as, keep the money you've already spent and have you pay for the return of items you're not happy with, No loss of revenue and a "win-win" for Zulily.

I've been shopping with Zulily since its inception. The sales are great for what I'm looking for and the prices are hard to beat. I have three issues though... sizing charts are sometimes incorrect. There are times I've fallen for an item used to promote a sale and that particular item is not shown as a choice. Lastly, return costs are much higher than original shipping which isn't quite fair to the consumer. I think other return methods should be available.
I like Zulily. Sometimes, though, you need to read the fine print. Sometimes the item is not as depicted. Sometimes the item is not returnable, I guess that's on me for not taking the time. Sometimes, things are just so darned cute, you want to act on it ;)

Zulily is a great place to shop for products at fantastic prices! You will have to wait quite a while for the item to be delivered so give yourself plenty of time and also don't order clothing or shoes unless it's a brand you've tried before because the sizing can be way off from US sizing and not all items can be returned.
Zulily is extremely dangerous and addictive! Guard your wallet because if you click on an email from this retailer you will always find items you cannot live without. Something for everyone with most prices 60%-70% off. Most of the time I will move my Zulily "New Today" messages directly to the trash because I know opening them means I will be severely tempted to make a purchase. The associates are friendly and helpful. If there is an issue, Zulily will work to resolve it favorably and even issue a credit to ensure a happy customer. I highly recommend this site but remember, you have been warned. You WILL fall in love.

So, there is like this learning curve before you buy anywhere, and I like that Zulily actually lets you know if sizes are running small or large. For their comparable pricing, I can't complain about the quality. Yes, the majority of their clothing comes out of Asia but if you read everything about that item you will often find either ratings that will tell you about the item, or Zulily will have done so for you. The only real complaint that I have is that I have received 2 items that were the wrong size (their fault, not mine) and they have been more than wonderful in dealing with the mistakes, but they have not been able to replace it with the correct size and that's been a bit of a bummer. If they want it back, they pay for the shipping. If you buy a $15 item then yes, it's only fair that you pay return shipping if you don't like it. Easier to sell on eBay or Facebook Marketplace than to return it in my opinion. I have gotten a few really good things from this site and have been more than pleased with the service and the selection for a larger woman. I will continue to buy from them as there isn't a whole lot of selection in my town AND they gave me a credit card which I plan to take care of. My credit was less than stellar and I was so glad someone took a chance on me again.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
