I have been shopping at Zulily for a long time and only 2 items didn't fit. I've ordered a lot of shoes and unique handbags.
I like visiting each day to see what is available. Most of the items are of passable quality. Some clothing is less than expected. Feel the shipping cost is high. Wish they was free shipping or at least free for over a certain$$. Also alot of items are sent in boxes way oversized. I would wait if more items could be sent in one box for lowere shipping fee.
Zulily is great for the most part. Some of their vendors' products are nice and as shown. I had only one issue where a vendor sent me the wrong product because they were out of the one I ordered. And they dragged me through a lengthy return process as a result. If not for that incident, I would have given one more star. Other than that, rules of thumb for me: don't shop too often for clothes (too inconsistent) and never shop for large electronics (too risky).
I love the site - the vendors! But I do not like that the purchase is through Zulily, shipping is costly. The timeframe that it takes to receive an order is estimated from 1 week to 3 weeks. For as much as you pay in shipping, you need to narrow that down & hold your vendors to a 2 day turn around. Also, your return policy is horrific.
I love the variety of items. I've purchased everything from clothing & shoes for myself, kitchen items, craft kits & items, and clothing for my grand kids.

I absolutely love Zulily, and am often asked where I get my cute clothes. I'm a plus sized woman with a bit of a shopping problem. It's all about the hunt and I have have gotten some fantastic buys. Great stuff.
Since I discovered Zulily I have just lost my mind. It's the first thing I look at in the morning and the last thing I look at at night. I have found so many wonderful things that I would never have seen outside in the world. Shoes, handbags, artwork, kitchen stuff, you name it! I'm on spending punishment right now because of you! But of course I'll see something tomorrow and go crazy. Keep doing what you're doing! I do wish the shipping charges were a little less and the returns were free like they used to be. But you have a customer for life. The item in the photo is my bird on top of my couch protector!
Shopping on Zulily is easy peasy! Having the opportunity to buy a variety of items from different vendors at the same time makes shopping for the holidays so much easier!
I do like the variety of products. I do not like paying shipping fees and then being charged shipping again when I return an item. I really have to consider if I want the item bad enough to order it because of the shipping costs. I would be inclined to order more often if it wasn't such a risk to return something.

I buy $80. $100 a day shopping on Zulily, 85% of the time I keep the products I ordered, but sometimes I have to return items bc they either don't fit or the product description was very vague, so I return some items and as much of a quantity that I buy I usually wait till I have a good bit gathered before I make a return. Usually your return has been pretty good but now I'm getting charged $44.75 for a return fee. That's ridiculous, and i will from now on be very selective at what I purchase

I've been shopping with zulily for a number of years and have been pretty satisfied! It even seems that lately they're upping their game with some returnable items! No shade to them but sometimes in person the sizing or appearance isn't exactly what you expected-I appreciate the opportunity to return!
Easy navigation, notifications for brands you are interested in, great prices, wish free shipping was an everyday option but they have specials throughout the year. Items come packed well. Great variety of high end brands like Scout, Anthropologie, Jack Rogers, Melissa and Doug, and Toms.
I look forward to my daily dose of Zulily. Each day the site has new sales on just about everything a woman and her family needs at lower prices. Just today a high-end face cream I use was $60. Less on Zulily vs. Sephora. There is just so much to choose from as far as clothes, beauty, home, kitchen wares and DIY. I've ordered from them for a few years now and of the many, many items bought, I've only been disappointed a few times by the quality of an item, usually because it's not the material or fit I had hoped for. Shipping is slow given the merchandise isn't shipped by them but by the product makers, but they do have faster shipping options if you need something in a few days. Overall, it's addictive because they have so much to offer and new deals every day.
Zulily offers products from a wide variety of brands and goods. Some better than others. Prices vary, usually comparable to Walmart or Amazon but shipping is charged. Choose carefully because if you return an item, the return shipping is more expensive than the original shipping charge and is deducted from your refund so you end up "paying "for your return. Ridiculous. Also, they used to allow free shipping for longer than midnight the next day after your purchase. Shipping can often take a while unless you want to pay more for expedited delivery. Occasionally, they offer monthly payments. If buying clothing, quality varies; photos can be deceiving and quality can be very poor and cheap looking depending on brand. Study size charts and read notes before submitting orders.
Easy order though sometimes I don't order something small because of shipping. I don't always get what's expected in jewelry- I think it will be smaller than the real size. I would like to see pictures of items on people to better gauge the size. I have received wrong things occasionally but get them replaced easily. I did have a sweater come that had a salvage edge in the middle front. Took awhile to explain that to the customer service rep who had no idea what I was talking about, got it replaced though.
I have bought all different types of things! We just built a new home! I have found such wonderful things to decorate with! I love them all! The operators you talk to are very helpful and friendly!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
