I order clothes shoes household items and many other items from Zulilly. I send care packages to my granddaughter who is in college far from me. I have been very happy with almost ALL of my purchases.
Love the prices! You will have a bit of a wait getting your order though. I have had in the past two items arrive damaged. No problem... one phone call and done! People there are always polite and very helpful! Like any place know what your buying... read everything.

I resent paying for shipping. It's a cost of doing business, and your prices aren't THAT great that I can get past that. I have thus far been able to play the game of buying things I can use that offer free shipping so that I can buy the items I was actually needing that don't.

I have shopping for very long time and have had no issues with returns as they send freee return labels. Sadly zulily where I have been shopping lately doesn't do that. All we get is store credit and we have to pay the shipping charges. Not a fan!

Zulily has very reasonable prices and such a wide variety of items available. The marketing is genius! I also like that fact that now some items are eligible for return and more items have reviews. The flex pay is also a winner! What Zulily really needs to improve on is the shipping time! It takes forever before some items are shipped, then once shipped, there is still a long wait. I have had multiple items miss the shipping deadline, then ship out just before a refund is issued. Some items I have got credited back on because they never shipped. It is just very disappointing and frustrating. Not to mention, after waiting on your items, some have arrived damaged or broken. Cudo's goes out to your customer service team for making those orders right. Zulily also needs to work on more consistent sizing. A lot of the clothing and shoes I have ordered are not true to size or do not fit right.
Thank you requesting my review of Zulily. I've truly enjoyed my shopping experience. Easy online ordering & credit card payments. Excellent customer service. Only wish shipping was faster, however I understand grouping items together helps keep reduced cost of items. However I've been waiting almost a month on an order, which seems too long of a wait. Also, why am I receiving different shipping amounts? Has there been an increase in shipping rates? Thanks!
In fact, I think I probably like it a little too much! I'm always finding things I didn't know I wanted or needed. Sometimes I delete the emails before Incan look at and be tempted by them. Seriously though, I have bought a lot of nice things from them.
I have been shopping on the Zulilly site for quite a while now. They offer many categories of items at fair and sometimes, very low prices. The way they deal with problems, ie, items damaged in shipping, may be the best service ever. The representatives I have spoken with have been not only knowledgeable and helpful but also kind and friendly.
On occasion I have had size issues with some European clothing and I do wish the items country of origion would be listed instead of just 'imported'.
I really like Zulilly and I've been pleasantly surprised with some deals I got, especially when complemented by people on what I've bought!
I've been using Zulilly for years now & often find great deals. My only complaint is returns. They now allow you to return most items, but the restocking fee is high. Because of this I don't order clothes because you never know how they'll fit. Can't tell you how many brand new things I've donated.

Been shopping for about 10 years with Zulily. I loved buying and not having to shop during busy shopping days. Anything you want is usually offered during the year and I would spend thousands of dollars without waiting at the end of the year with a big spending bill. The only problem I had was that sizing is not always correct and I would receive items months in advance of giving and only finding out that it did not fit and would be stuck with the items. Now that the grandkids are older they are more particular so I don't buy much for them anymore just for myself. They have been excellent in many of my complaints and have satisfied my issues. They are great in responding to your issues whatever they may be.
Always get quality merchandise at very reasonable prices. Variety of merchandise is amazing. Clothes, books, home decor, toys for my Grandchildren, shoes, and everything is name brand. Shipping time varies, but is always reasonable.
I really like Zulily, most of the sites that they have I don't shop at, but that's fine. I don't shop at most stores either, or buy most brands. But, they do have a number of things, items, and brands that I do shop for, and they have good prices on them, and that's what I love about Zulily. I even bought my new sewing machine on Zulily because I couldn't get a better price anywhere. So, if you don't see what you want today, and you might not see it tomorrow, be patient, it will be there, and you're going to be happy that you waited a little while.
Yes, sometimes you have to be patient for the sale to close. When it closes, delivery is very good. Articles delivered without damage. So far I'm pleased.

Your website is a pain. I often select items to look at, but don't put them in the bag. Trying to go back to look at more items lands me in the "other events" area rather than back where I was when I stopped to look at something. Your navigation software is the pits. Sometimes, I just get out rather than fiddle with trying to get back to where I was. You've probably lost some sales with me because I'm too frustrated to repeatedly have to manually get back to the event items I was interested in.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
