I love Zulily. There are so many items that are unique and I cannot find anywhere in stores. I am basically addicted and go on every day to see what's new! Great prices too and excellent customer service! Would recommend to anybody

Repeatedly it takes over a month to get your product... you have my money, but I have nothing. Iam in my 3rd wk right now waiting for my stuff..

I've found some really fantastic deals on Zulily, on brand name items. You pay for returns unless the item is damaged and it's not cheap. However, their customer service is way above par and should be the standard. Shipping can take a while on some items, but Zulily is very comunative and keeps you in the know with updates.
I recommend checking them out. And no worries if an item sells out. You can ask for notifications.

Great website to shop at. The only thing I would change is some of the shipping is a bit steep. But other than that it is great. They indicated which items will ship out right away.

Love all of the different shops daily to choose from. Shipping is rather slow but understandable because of the different shops and diffrent policies. I do wish that when you buy something you get free shipping for more than one day to use. I love the variety though.

Many clothing items and household items have multiple color options but you won't know unless you have hours and hours to scroll. A style of of an item may look great but maybe the color may not be a great fit for all people. If you can choose a size of a shirt from multiple sizes then you should be able to select from available colors as well.

I love mostly everything I have brought from them. Some times the clothing are cut very small.so I know that
I have to order about three sizes up.

It took a few hits and misses, but I found the brand and the sizes that work for me. They are much more fashionable than I can find at other big name retailers, so I shop almost all my clothing needs on Zulilly. There isn't an outfit I don't wear that I don't receive a compliment on, so why shop elsewhere! The only negative is that you have to wait longer for the items to ship, but if you can be patient it is worth the wait.

Everything I buy from Zulily is top quality. Whether it is an established name brand, or an up and coming style. It is always spot on. The collections that are offered together usually are shown with complimenting accessories. It's like having a secret stylist. Only, on my schedule. Some days, I don't get a chance to enjoy the Zulily sight until 10:30 at night. That's my me and my Zulily time. Talk about convenience.
