IT is disappointing when something can not be shipped but Zulily always refunds my money plus gives me a $10 credit. That is outstanding customer service.

I have been disappointed with many purchases that seem like a good deal until I receive the product. I have shopped with QVC. So when I saw Zulily was affiliated, I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, this company does not live up to the same standard at QVC. Returns are such a hassle (and I don't always receive my refund, UGH). That I am reluctant to purchase more from this site

I was very happy with the site they have lots of neat things. I happened to miss one payment by accident and they dropped my account down to what I owed. I have excellent payment reviews on all credit cards very upset with Zulily.

When reviewing items in events, I notice that they are often repeated further down as you scroll though.

I love the interesting new item and savings on things I use a lot like art and craft supplies.
I have had to return things, but always, this was an easy experience with friendly and professional
Staff persons who will credit my account or replace the item..

I consistently purchase items off of Zulily. I am always happy with the transaction. Once I had a damaged item and the representative made it amazingly easy to get it swapped out and I got it in time for Christmas. Will definitely continue to shop!

I enjoy the variety of items sold by them, especially toys, women's clothing and household. It's fun to look.

I love shopping Zulily for all of my family and friends from newborns to seniors.If there should be a problem, Zulily's customer service can't be beat. The only area that needs improvement is that orders sometimes take an extremely long time to ship and too frequently there are several days between when items are finally shipped and they finally arrive.

I'm addicted to your store. I always find things that I need or want. I have purchased many things. Shipping is a tad slow but its always worth the wait. I love your free shipping on additional orders.

I enjoy checking out the site daily and when I order am excited to receive items. This is short lived because by the time I get them the excitement wears off! TOO long!

I love Zulily for the variety. It's fun to shop, and I almost always find something to fit what I started out looking for. I also love the customer service. I rarely have an issue, but when I do, it gets addressed and solved right away.

Size charts are not accurate most of the time. Return policy is ridiculous that we have to face so many items (8) maybe within a month in order to not be charged for shipping. Selection of items is really good and communication from the company is excellent.

While they offer some interesting items at slightly lower prices, the shipping cost usually cancels out any savings. The description of items is often incomplete, sketchy or just plain wrong. Most items take forever to ship, sometimes as much as a month. It also costs a fortune to return a purchase.

I absolutely love shopping Zulily! I always find neat and inexpensive items or an item at a less price here. I look forward to new finds every day!

I love shopping on Zulily! Everything I've gotten has been good quality and true to the descriptions and pictures. Their size charts have been accurate and helped me get the right size from many different brands. I have found many cool things for myself and gifts. I enjoy shopping on Zulily a lot and recommend it.

I love shopping on Zulily! I can find i different items. And I can find items for my granddaughter.

Good variety, very expensive shipping, be cautious of clothing due to sizing, no way to know when your item will arrive. I have gotten some great items, but I shy away from clothing unless I know the company. Several times I have been issued a refund because the vendor couldn't fulfill the order. I do like Zulily though.
