I love Zulily for a few years now. I can order ahead of time and know that it will arrive before Christmas. I can make a "waitlisted" check on something that I missed, but would like to purchase when it becomes available. The packages I can track and am given an email/text alert when it comes in and they also accept returns. So, what's not to love? The many outfits and numerous gifts for my loved ones- they all appreciate the vast selection and I love the low low prices!
I wanted to return an item and it would have cost me as much as I paid for the item. I am now very careful of what I order and won't buy anything if there is the remote chance I might have to return it.
Some items come from Asia and take way toooo long. Then there are some items that are domestic and turn out to be great!

I mostly love the Zu. It's definitely buyer beware, must read the descriptions, fabric content, etc. I think your marketing and website designers are genius. Zulily customer service is excellent. The biggest complaint I have is the shipping. I've had purchases get canceled because after weeks of waiting the product became unavailable (how does that happen?), and even more frustrating is the handoff from UPS to the US Postal Service. I can watch my purchase sit at the PO distribution center and then take 2 days or more to make a 30 minute drive to our local PO, sits for another day, and I finally get it... MAYBE. Please, please make other shipping arrangements.
I'd love to see Zulily comp people who leave reviews, or offer prizes or something to motivate more reviews being written.
I love this site! I always find good prices. And I always find things I don't even know I want at an awesome price. I'm not so sure that's always a good thing. I've never had a problem returning anything I needed too. I would and do recommend this site to everyone.
Warning... can become addictive. I love the selection and variety of items on Zulily. However, shipping is expensive and sloooow.
It's great having so many sellers and items available daily. I haven't had the bast luck with clothes or shoes but home decor and storage items have been great. The shipping does take some time but you are made aware of that before your final purchase. It's also great when you order on a Friday and after your initial purchase have free shipping the rest of the weekend!
Every product that I have received has been of good or great quality. I have never had to return anything so I am not sure how that process would be. For the most part, shipping is an average time. Some products you do have to wait longer to receive.
I love Zulily, especially the discounts and varieties. It's like a treasure hunt. I've been a dedicated customer ever since Zulily first came out. I get why shipping is slow because you all have to wait for the vendor to ship items to you which is perfectly understandable. Lately however, my items have been shipped to someone else or have gone past a certain time frame to be shipped and I'm a little disappointed in that. Also, the customer service went from excellent to just ok.
This website is part of my daily routine, I log in at 9am faithfully daily. With that being said it is a new store everyday, you can go back to the previous days as well but it is a new store everyday. You can find everything on this site.
You should know that shipping is $7.99 when the item is available to ship and if it qualifies for faster shipping then it will cost more money. Also know Zulilly is also owned by HSN/QVC. Shipping can take a while like weeks and if you want to return there is a $7.99 return fee off of your purchased items and you can only ship back up to 4 items at a time.
Prices are comparable and sometimes not low enough to buy but there are times where there are unbeatable prices. All and all it is a great site to shop if you know what you want.

I love the variety offered. It is nice to get early alerts and beneficial to have the best price guarantee. The customer service reps are great to work with and settle any issues promptly.
I must say I like the majority of things I get from Zulily. Sometimes the shirts have been off when ordering in size but great quality. I don't like having to wait so long for products, can't understand why it takes weeks sometimes a month to get something. I like the variety and different things you can find on here vs a store.

Love the deals on Zulily. Delivery is much faster than it used to be. The only negative is that you can't return items unless they are expensive. They charge you $9 to return something. Pants I ordered didn't fit but I couldn't return them because they were $10. I would have gotten $1 for returning them. So I gave them away instead of doing all that just for a dollar.
I have to say since many store have closed. This great if I need a Maxi skirt they have them. They have cute tops, pants etc. Handbags jewelry you name they most likely have it. You could buy an outfit from head to toes. It takes a little while to get to you. And if your a big returner this not the company for you cause you only get half your money back but I understand if they refunded all your money people would used them a return clothes store. Everything is always comes nicely packaged
A lot of great deals. Be careful though, some items shipped from overseas, and require extra delivery time. Some clothing quality and sizing is not quite right. Overall value is good.
Service has been good and I have been pleased with most purchases. Some clothing comes from China and is cheaper quality. I have been pleased with home items. Shipping costs have gone up. They say they have the best deal and often compare to Amazon, but when you factor in the shipping vs. Amazon Prime the cost is the same and sometimes more. If you order more than once during the same day shipping is free on the second order. So I order 1 item then go back and place another to pay less shipping. They should just give a single shipping rate no matter how many items you order. It can also take weeks to get your order.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
