I can get just about everything I need in one place. I've had most of my Christmas shopping done since July! I have only had to contact customer service once, and things were handled promptly. I recommend Zulily to just about everyone I talk to.

I bought a pair of Ecco women's sneakers they are clearly not the brand I was shocked absolutely shocked at the poor quality of this product and the color was nothing like in the picture. Bright orange who wears bright orange tennis shoes oh my God. I now realize I can't even get my money back can't find one thing on this website I would be interested in purchasing checked out fragrances clearly they're not real.

I have purchased multiple items from Zulily. Their Suzanne Botero line is awesome. Great prices and great quality. Their Rene Role line of pajamas fit and wash like a dream.

I've been ordering from Zulily for probably 2 years. It was only 1-2 times that I was not happy, and even then, I just called the company and they either gave me the money back or they sent me another size. I like the quality and the service.

Poor quality. MADE IN CHiNA. Ordered L/XL in women's. Got items my little girl couldn't wear. Put a stop to scam companies that take our monies based on pictures.

I received my order of the yellow/grey bedspread. I do not like it! It is not as advertised. I ordered the yellow with grey flowers and got the grey background with yellow flowers. Its cheaply made and barely fits my bed. Very disappointed customer.:-(

For about 2 years I have been ordering clothes from Zulily for my children and everything I purchased from Zulily was of high quality and prices are also very affordable.

I ordered two skirts. Waited almost 3 months for delivery. The material was so thin it was see through, and none of the edges were finished. Threw them away. Didn't bother asking for a refund, I figure lesson learned.

I was very excited to buy a couple of my fragrances from Zulily however when I received the order it was all fake. Smells different because of all the synthetic in them. I am a fragrance expert and the box said made in Switzerland. Customer should be aware of buying fragrance from Zulily. I am trying to return the six bottles That I bought.

They claim is sterling silver. They not they turn up fingers green in less than a week. I ordered another ring and its plastic. It was supposed be sterling silver. This company just wants to sell whatever n lied to customers. Customers service keeps telling you they r the only person you can talked to. I don't think customers service owns this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hate to admit it, but checked on how many items I have purchased over the years. 953! That is a happy customer.

Very difficult to get status update after the return was picked up from local USPS 20 days ago. Email to customer service won't get you much help. It was not worth the trouble.

I had $100 gift card and after 5 years they said they sent it to state funds but it is not there... they will not honor it and this is illegal. Gift cards are NEVER to expire and are like cash... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
