Where do I begin? The quality of their knock off items (no you will not get what you see in the photos) are a complete joke. They should be mortified. Humiliated. And disgusted with themselves. They are impossible to reach to issue a refund so I guess disputing it is the only option. I promise you, when I say If I saw the one item I received (out of 9 that i ordered) on a rack with a FREE sign- id use it as emergency TP. Zoyne, whreres my 190$ you robbed me of?
They have poor quality products and they are nearly impossible to reach when you need a refund. HORRIBLE products, even worse Customer Service. DON'T BUY INTO THEIR FLUFFY PICTURES LIKE I DID. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
Their website pictures of clothing are not at all what I received. I was Ripped off! First, I placed the order early March and received half of the items in late June. I tried to get a credit sending numerous emails but the email address they provided was bogus so all my emails were returned back to sender. I read the sizes and what I received would fit a 5 year old. The quality was beyond bad! These people should be wearing masks... CROOKS!]
This company charged me hundreds and never sent product. They have not refunded me either. When I try to contact them the emails bounce back. FRAUD!
I ordered a $20 dress. I paid $15 for shipping. I was told it was shipped on June 1st. I haven't received and it is now June 17th. I e-mailed their customer service e-mail and it came back undeliverable. The tracking number on their shipping notice does not work. I finally was able to submit a "ticket". The response to that is they would reply in 1-2 business days. It is now 4 business days. I will call my credit card company to dispute. Please avoid them. I, in the meantime, received myriad e-mails with enticing looking clothes and 'sales" but I would NEVER order anything from them again.
My issue has been going on for now 5 months. I received some product, but is not anything like it shows. I was told the other stuff was out of stock. So I requested something else. Still no product. I asked for a refund. I did receive an email that it will take 5 to 7 days and I would receive an email once it has been done... Nope not done. Make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Big hassle, junking product too
So I ordered this dress in April and it did not come to me until June. I ordered it for my mother for mother's day. One that dress looks nothing like the picture the picture shows the dress to be cotton and more flowy the dress I received looks more silk and even the color looks a little off compared to the picture I looked at the reviews and the reviews had four stars. But when I tried to write a review and post it I noticed that my review was not on there website so I'm thinking when they get bad reviews they remove it or don't post it. The 10 reviews is on there that are all good I'm sure our from workers are people that work there because this website is trash. As you can see I have a picture to prove two different types of dresses two different types of colors two different types of material. And they do not refund your money

I ordered a pay of shoes for MY WEDDING March 29th! My wedding is May 9th, I was charged for my shoes, still have not received them. So I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back and they responded to me that they were shipped out April 8th... but yet I still have not received them. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with this company and the way they have handled this situation. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
I did but I ordered anyway. What a mistake. I ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still can't be tracked. All I receive when I inquire is a lame reply that they are in contact with their colleagues to fix the issue. That's 7 replies all the same. Save your money and purchase from a reliable source.
First never got my confirmation email which made me mad. Second cancelled my order in less than 24 hours like they said never got a email that they confirmed my cancellation. Third they duplicated it and they keep saying you have the wrong email or password. I want my money back never ordering from here again!

I have order $108 worth of items from this company back in 11/4/2019. I only received 2 items that arrived mid December. One of the items was not stitched correctly so it had 2 huge gaps in the shirt that would show bra area. I have tried numerous times to reach company, no response. They don't respond to emails. I will never order from this site again. I placed my order in October 2019 & still haven't received my items. After constantly emailing them the CS rep finally responded & say the items show delivered 12/24/2019. What postal service delivers on Christmas Eve? In my opinion they have just ripped me off $84.00. They are not even trying to offer a resolution.

I ordered a few knickknacks to never receive them. Emailed to inquire about my items. Emailed me back a specific date weeks if not a month prior to that my package had supposedly been delivered. Emailed again that I never received any package that day and asked what my next step should be... never received a return response note my package. When you order from this company, you are basically just giving them your money for nothing in return. It is not a business, it is indeed a scam... wholeheartedly.

I ordered a blouse from Zoyne. It took 2 weeks to receive it. Once I got it, I could not believe what I was seeing. This was not the same blouse I purchased, and very poor quality. I had no idea the shipment was arriving from Korea. I've been contacting them via email which takes them forever to respond. They offered me $7 credit back to my account and I declined. I wanted to return it for a full refund. This was not what I ordered and they never addressed it. I even submitted the photos for comparison. It took numerous emails before I received a return address. Finally got a return address to send to " Jimmy " with a California address. I googled the address and it was legitimate; however, horrible looking place. (back alley)
There was a phone number listed so I called. No answer. It appeared that I was dialing into a fax line. I knew at this point I had been ripped off. I just hate that I did not do my research beforehand. No I'm waiting to see what happens next. I did return it USPS with tracking. I forgot to mention that the do not accept return packages FedEx, UPS not DHL. USPS only. Huh? I've attached photos of both tops. Notice the wigs underarm. I have to give a rating to submit; however, Zoyne doesn't deserve a "1"

Answer: You won't receive anything from them. I received an email from them after I sent one to them and they replied the return was received and then had the nerve to tell me, if we can be of any assistance, please let us know. What a joke!
Answer: I went through PayPal to complain about this company (I found it humorous they are labeled as an "electronics" company in their website). They had this email address linked to the transaction: [email protected] I hope it helps, but I can tell you it won't. I sent about 30 emails and 4 messages through their website contact page and got nothing but the runaround. The reps either repeated themselves or basically blocked progress. They are actually overseas and will tell you to keep the item and will only partially refund the product cost. They said they will refund all my money if I returned the item to them, but the shipping was going to be more money, and they wouldn't add that to the refund. JUST NOT WORTH IT. Too much work on the customers part for nothing in return.

My credit card company couldn't even get me a credit when I disputed charges. My tracking number showed my return was received but nothing. It's a buyer beware company!
