Good luck getting a refund. I've been waiting a month for them to refund my account. They tell me they are very busy with customers so it is taking a while.

You can forget about getting a refund or credit. My Bank of America credit card company couldn't even get me a credit when I disputed the charges. BOA issued me a permanent credit from BOA!
