This company is garbage I ordered from them took my money and I have no order, I have emailed over 20 times get no response, I have put a dispute in with Paypal this is crap!
I ordered from this company, Zoyne.com, and returned all items. I returned the items due to poor quality and fit. After at least 50+ emails, they now tell me they will only refund 50% because my return was sent to the wrong address. The address ZOYN provided is where I sent my return. They are in a foreign country and will keep sending emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... EVER.
Dresses are garbage and no way of getting refund or talking to anyone. I have filed a dispute with my credit card, does anyone know what country this is from so I can file with the better business bureau?
Please do not order anything from this site. It's a scam and the clothes are knock offs from the pictures that they post. They pictures are not theirs! Items are very bad quality and just plan garbage! Please save your money and do not look at this site. If it looks to good to be true, then it's probable a FAKE!
They are scammers. I returned all of the items I purchase because they were horrible quality. I could have sowed then better and they sizes were wrong. I get the same ema over and over I am never getting my money back
Ordered a bunch of dresses and it took nearly a month to ship. Once shipped, I tracked and it showed that the package was returned to sender. Contacted Zoyne and they said the package was delivered and charged for all the items I never received. Big big scam.
As so many others and their reviews the clothes I received were so subpar that I returned the next day after receiving. I followed their instructions Gave them a tracking number Included packing receipt with what I returned I was asked via email why don't I give these as gifts rather than return Seriously?! Then like so many others I was asked for a picture of what was inside the box that I returned! Again seriously?! Had to contact my credit card company to get a credit as they would not issue one even though I followed all of their rules RUN don't walk Don't buy! My experience only But coincides with quite a so many others.
From a guys point of view - disappointing to see all 1 STAR reviews. The line of clothing, for one-site may be the most interesting I've seen. Aside from being sexy, how classy casual the are - kinda like a past housing show - Shabby Chic. I'd like to purchase just to see my wife in them - unfortunately the reviews STOPPED that immediately - oh well.
The clothes aren't the best even for the inexpensive price. When trying to return and receive credit it has been more than 45 days. They continue to send emails asking for pictures of the items to be returned, what items, what is the problem, after I have answered all of their questions. Email after email! I insured my return and filed a claim with my credit card company at this time.
I ordered 4 items, when I received the items they smelled like they just got out of the rubber factory... a horrid smell. Who in the world would wear anything from this company. The quality is not even Dollar store grade. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get my refund after sending the items back to them. I just keep getting the run around in hopes I will stop emailig them everyday. Now they send me an email they have sent me the items back! Don't get ripped off like me. Never had a problem returning items on the internet! Stay away from this so called company! I am going to file with the BBB with hopes they can stop this fake company!
I've bought items from China before and haven't had a problem so figured I would give it a try. I knew the quality wouldn't be the best so wasn't expecting to much based on the prices, but what I received was the most horrible quality and material I have ever felt and the sizing is so far from accurate. I sent the items back the very next day, overnight and receipt signature to ensure they received them. This was on May 13. As of this review I am still waiting on a refund. They tell me they have so many customers they are behind. I'm about to go to the Better Business Bureau to complain!

This site is horrible! The items as advertised are not the same ones shipped to you. The clothing stinks and then if you try to return the items the customer service gives you a hard time and keeps asking you over and over to email pictures of the items and what was wrong with them, etc. save yourself the headache and do not order from this site.
This company should be investigated! My Bank of America just sent me an online message regarding my disputing Zoynes charges, saying BOA could not resolve the credit issue with the company, so Bank of America is giving me a permanent credit! Not this fraudulent company, my credit card company is! How can this be accepted and legal. The emails they sent were so ridiculously written! I believe that's a scam too! I have never run across a company like this and something should be done about their illegal tactics. It's just plain unbelievable!

This business will take your money and you will never hear from them again. I ordered something from them and waited a month. Never received item so luckily I went through pay pal and I decided to open a case on them and they are refunding me. Just a heads up... it's a scam!
Ordered from here... product I received was definitely NOT the product in the picture I ordered. Not even close! Reviews under the products for sale are the exact same for every product. Take here... DO NOT waste your money on ordering from here.
The day after I received my order of 8 items, I tried on three of the items and they fit very, very poorly, and small. They are like a "do it your-selfer" put these clothes together - not professional at all. They fit exceptionally small. The only item I am keeping is a cat-tank top I purchased for my 12 yr old daughter. Normally a women's small is TOO BIG for her, but I went ahead an ordered this anyway for her (in a women's' small) and it's almost too small for her!
I should have check reviews before ordering from this company! Has anyone report this company to Paypal? Placed my order April 30 and still have not received anything not even email shipping confirmation. I feel like i just got scammed 42 bucks!
