I order items from this company as of 5/9/2019. Have made several complaints via. Email, only to get a reply that the products are on back order and will be mailed out. Yes, read the fine print and stay away. I submitted a complaint with BBB. Hope there is a way to shut them down.
They have made scamming the customer into an art form. Very purposefully refuse to refund money on a return order. They know what they are doing in the lie to customer department.
Im in the same boat as you are kristina. I actually cancelled my order before it has shipped and still havent recieved my refund. I think somethng is very fishy about this company and i think this is just the beginning of ripping off people!
I placed my order on 4/21/19 & paid extra for the shipping to expedite the order. I wanted these items for a trip. Why hasn't anything been shipped yet. I have not received any emails for communication. When I try to reach several times their verification code doesn't work. This really worries me. BEWARE! I found this website and the clothes are really cute. I did an Internet search and didn't find anything at all on them. Their FB page only has posts from March 5,2019 and no FB user comments. There is no customer service phone number to call only an email to customer support. Problem is that in order to contact customer support via their email area you need to put in a validation code. No matter how many times I entered the validation code and how many different codes it gave me I always received the error message "Verification code invalidation" therefore there is no way to contact customer service. The site address is in China so it is possible that the sizes will be 3 times smaller than US sizes but there is no way to confirm that since customer service cannot be contacted. BEWARE!

Answer: I went through PayPal to complain about this company (I found it humorous they are labeled as an "electronics" company in their website). They had this email address linked to the transaction: [email protected] I hope it helps, but I can tell you it won't. I sent about 30 emails and 4 messages through their website contact page and got nothing but the runaround. The reps either repeated themselves or basically blocked progress. They are actually overseas and will tell you to keep the item and will only partially refund the product cost. They said they will refund all my money if I returned the item to them, but the shipping was going to be more money, and they wouldn't add that to the refund. JUST NOT WORTH IT. Too much work on the customers part for nothing in return.
Answer: Good luck getting a refund. I've been waiting a month for them to refund my account. They tell me they are very busy with customers so it is taking a while.
Answer: They run small, in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend ordering ANYTHING from them! Customer service is terrible and returns will get you NO REFUND! My credit card company couldn't even get me a credit when I disputed charges. My tracking number showed my return was received but nothing. It's a buyer beware company!
