Incredibly slow shipping with a full order often broken up pushing shipments out even further. It has taken about a month to receive 3 items. So, if you are odering for Christmas good luck. Your best bet is to assume you won't get your items for at least a month. However, that said, the quality has been great.

So lucky order

It took a very long time to receive the order and little communication from the company. When the clothes arrived, I was disappointed that the dress fabric was much thinner than I had expected. I have to wear a slip under the dress in order to not see through the dress. The fabric is cheap.

Shopping was easy. The pictures are lovely. I watch the sizing on each dress I view. When my order came 3 of the 4 fit. None looked as good as the pictures. There one that didn't fit dragged on the floor and was big for me. I am a small to medium and, as mentioned above, I watch the sizing and order accordingly. When trying to send the dress back, I was told I could either pay the exorbitant cost to send it to China, or receive a lousy ALMOST $4 back and keep the dress. BUYER BEWARE!

Size and return problems

I purchased tops in a 3X because I know they can run small, let me tell you these all came in about a size medium! I purchased 5 Tops and one will fit me. And dummy me I did not read the return policy so I missed the very short window. I had fallen ill with Covid and it took me out for about 3 weeks. I am 66 years old with asthma so I did not even think about it. Not their fault I got sick! Some one will get a deal lol

I did not have a problem with Zolucky until I had a missing item in my order. I was told you did receive all your items. Zolucky put through HELL trying to explain that I received the package but one item was missing. Zolucky told to take my package to the post office and get a receipt of much the package weighs and send it to them. I advised Zolucky I should not have to do that to prove that I did not receive the item. I told Zolucky I will never purchase anything else from them and will share my horrible experience.

Not the quality shown in pictures

My experience was major disappointment.
The shipping was long, the sizes were different for each item making only one shirt a good fit.
I am keeping it and the red long dress (not the quality it appeared) and for a medium size it was extra large size. But I think I can alter it.

I did not receive the 3 dresses I ordered. The fabric is cheap and not at all like the picture. Thsere is no way to contact the company. I tried 3 or 4 times. They do not resemble the pictures either.

I ordered several pieces because I could not resist the fashion styling and price, figuring this may be a loss. First of all the shipping was not that slow. It was not Amazon but it was actually very timely. Secondly the quality far exceeds the look in the pictures, including the sewing and fabrics used. The sizes run true and if anything I purchased mediums and next time will go with smalls. I say do not ignore this exceptional company. Their selection is gigantic and they really hit all the right buttons. You will not regret it. I am a writer and needed a special dress for an author event-perfect. I am in the cast of a Murder Mystery and found an elegant cocktail dress that really is great. Thank you.
