It took so long to get my items delivered. I gave up waiting. Then they arrived. Im giving 3 stars because I couldn't remember what they were supposed to look like. I didn't like the feel of material or quality. I will not order again from them.
As my title states, my experience with Zolucky is that it's good when things go smoothly, but very difficult to resolve when they do not. For example, they sent me a dress that looked NOTHING like what I ordered. It's been weeks and they have yet to either send the right dress or authorize my sending back what they mis-sent for a refund. Their responses were like "we don't take returns on sale items", and they totally missed the points I was trying to make. Their error was why I was trying to make a return. After weeks and hours of my time, they finally agreed to a refund... but I have yet to receive it more than a week later now.
Everything I have purchased has fit great. I wear a size 16 - 18 tops and I feel good in a size 1 X and a 2 X.
Pleasant, enjoyable, successful experience. I'm happy with purchase and service. Will shop with you again.

It was quick and I loved that fact that I had a ton of Coupons. This allowed me to buy more for less!
I love the fun clothes that Zolucky offers. They are not the usual run-of-the-mill department store items. They can transform the mood of whatever you are wearing!

Based on the chart, I ordered a large, and it was more like an XXL. I should have ordered a medium. Very disappointed that it is way too big, and the cost and complex requirements to return the top for a medium size is prohibitive!
Not sure if I ordered the right size, I didn't on 1 and u won't refund my money!
For some reason, your company keeps sending me "double & triple" of the ONE item I ordered! This poor quality control on YOUR part!

My first experience with them went well. My second was a total regret. The item was huge and boxy and unwearable. Nothing like the photo. They force you to return overseas for a huge shipping cost with a 25% only refund. Never again.

I ordered 2 shirts and they were to tight so I emailed the company and wanted my money back and they said they would send me a RMA # but they never did. At least 3 emails telling me thats all I had to do was get the RMA# but surprise surprise I never got one. So there solution was to give me 15% back and not send the shirts back, which I did because I was getting no where with them. But guess what never got the 15%. I loved some of their clothes but would never order from them again.
The picture on the site was beautiful until it arrived. It was too long, wrinkled, and I wanted a refund. Yeah good luck with trying to get your money back. The price of the item was 38.00 and they gave me a GENEROUS offer of 5.00! What kind of business are you running? I needed it for a shower party and it arrived the same day as the shower! Never wore it and will tell all my friends NOT to order ANYTHING from CHINA, especially clothes! Extremely disappointing…. Zolucky, that's funny
Order received in a fairly good turn around. Clothes cheap material. Requested refund, but its a catch 22 return and its at your own cost to CHINA. Or accept a 15% refund. RIDICULOUS poor business pratice

I bought a Undress and cotton linen pants. Neither fit as described for my wife to attend a trip to Mexico. The extra large on pants was like 2xl. The sun dress needs too many alterations to make it worth altering. I was told for return is to China. Shipping cost from Canada to China is like $80. So not worth it. They did not return e-mails either. My email was very polite Asking for solution or ideas? ZoLucky made 1 offer to fix problem. 15 percent back.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
