The clothes were poor material and manufacturing --not one item of 8 pieces fit appropriately... when I asked to do their advertised "easy return" they said the California return address on the packages was NOT usable and sent me an email with a return address to China ($65-70 USPS) with threats about the time it would take-- and customs issues that could cost me additionally. They offered 15% of the cost of the purchase and I could keep the clothes which I can not wear. When I refused, they raised it to 25%. After I found out the return would cost so much after the initial purchase price and with my complaining-- they raised the return to 50%. Their site said the buyer was responsible for return shipping---that did not bother me when I received it as the package was labeled with a CAlIfornia return address -- not China. Since I felt it was a risk returning the goods to china -- unreliable to trust them to reimburse the $116 I already spent on the shoddy goods... and the companies warning about customs and repackaging-- I opted to just take the 50 cents on the dollar even though the clothes were unworn, undamaged and repackaged just as received. The company returned half what I paid. Horrible experience that cost and taught me. I wont order online clothes again. One star is too much-- this purchase was not Zo lucky.
Want to return dress that is so thin you can see through it. Also, poor quality. They offered to give 15% back after I paid for dress AND shipping. That is if you even get the 15%. What a joke. Will dress to Goodwill and consider that a lesson for future. NEVER would order again, nor recommend this site to anyone.

I loved the look of the dress I received but asked to return because it did not fit and I wanted to order something else. I received a reply telling me I would receive instructions for a return and it must be done within seven days. I have never received any further correspondence. While I didn't pay a lot for the dress, it does me no good to not be able to return it and order something else. I won't order from them again.

You have a very nice selection of dresses and clothes. It is a shame it takes to long to receive the clothes.
The title tells it all! Size of loose-fitting pants based on hip circumference was off by 2 sixes (too big). I did not want a refund of 15 or even 35%. I wanted an exchange. Shipping to China is about $70. So, still a rip off no matter how you look at it.
Product quality was fantastic. Was worried about ordering the correct size but everything fit fine. Arrived in timely manner. Was pleased! Love the variety of styles to choose from.
Almost 2 months to get my complete order. When I wanted to return 3 pieces I found out the return address is in CHINA and I am responsible for not only postage but also any custom charges.

Material clothes made from thin and look cheap. Difficult to return. Harder still to get a refund. This is my first and last order with this company

I got my cloth and I didn't like it. As sending it back was so expensive, the company agreed to give me a 50% refund. That was much appreciated.
I ordered. I paid. The delivery was in a timely manner. The clothes were fine. No complaints. They have a lot of cute things. I have ordered twice. I plan to order again. I recommend them. Good quality also. Dependable! Go for it!
That's why I always buy on sale items. If you're looking for the unusual or something completely out of your comfort zone, this is your go to place. Expand your horizons, enjoy the fabrics and colors. I enjoy the long length shirts over leggings now that I'm retired. And, the hat's and scarves selection. But beware, I lost out on four shirts that sold out immediately after going on sale.
But, when my order arrives, it's well worth the effort.
Your merchandise is so unexpected and memorable. I always find that "must have" item. Today I ordered road trip clothes for an adventure with my younger sister who retired. I bought her a key ring, "I'm a Nurse. What's your superpower?" Perfect!
I bought a 2x that should fit me. It did not fit me at all. It should be labeled extra large -maybe. I will donate it rather than pay to return it.
Horrible fabric, poor workmanship! I do NOT know how you make the clothes look so beautiful. What I ordered went in the trash! You should be ashamed. I'm ashamed I'm stupid enough to fall for your scam.
I ordered some items that were paid for but never recieved, was told I gave them the wrong address when in fact it was the same address I recieve all my parcels. Zolucky informed me I would not recieve refund or new product. Would send pictures but nothing to see. Would send receipt just in case it was a scam I don't want to leave any banking info out there.

Fair - quality and sizes not good as shown. Fabric not high quality and shape is fair
Love the styles but sizes were horribly off, way too small. Plus size ladies don't bother or order several sizes larger than you are.
I'm still shopping and your automatic shopping card reminder is texting me I left stuff in my cart. Very annoying.
I open the package tired it on and it fit good. The time for delivery was on time, being my first time buying from Zolucky I was very satisfied
Order took much longer than expected. Dress material was not what I expected. Would have liked more cotton in blend and heaverier weight.
The two times I ordered it took forever to get it! The sizes are way off! Also they finally sent a link to use to track my order!
