I ordered shoes that were advertised as Birkenstocks. I have plantar fasciitis and cannot wear a flat footbed sandal. What I received were flat-bottom shoes. Now I must pay the shipping to return them. I also received the wrong sized shirt. A medium shirt was put in a large bag. Again, I would be responsible for return shipping for their mistake.
Ordering was easy enough. Ordered on 7/23/22. Received way too many emails telling me about a tracking number I never was able to access. Was still getting them on 8/11/22. Shirt colors not as vivid as it looked online. The so-called "Birkenstocks" could have been finished better. Perhaps dying the synthetic material BEFORE putting sewing so that the "seams" are not quite as obvious - makes them LOOK badly made. I'll dye them myself, because I don't want the hassle of returning them. I tried to attach a photo - but am not surprised it didn't work here. I'll give it three stars but have no idea how long these items will last.
I was worried, I had purchased 2 items,, because a package arrived damage I got in touch with Zolucky, telling me my second item was in a different package, which arrived a few days later in perfect condition. Both items are as I expected, beautiful! Love them! Thank you Zolucky.
I had to stop before finishing but when I came back I had no problems finding my order. I am 90 years old.
I received the top I ordered and love it. Have had compliments from strangers about it.
Even though I ordered the same size in every item, only 1 actually fit, some were as much as 10 sizes smaller than I ordered. And to return them you have to jump through hoops. Will never order from them again.

I have purchased several items from Zolucky, the first was almost two months ago, i am still waiting for a blouse. The company does not keep you in the loop as to when these items will be coming in. I have placed a second order, it is suppose to be here by the 28 if it isn't I will no longer order fro

I had mixed success in ordering the right sizes. The inconsistency of how accurately Zolucky labels its garments' sizes meant I ended up with some items that were too large. Since it's so expensive to return, I accepted their offer of 15% refund.
I wish you had shoes in 1/2 sizes. I'm never sure about the size because some of them a small is a 42 bust and some mediums are 38 which is my size. It is also hard to return items if they do not fit properly because of the way the sizes run. Each top & dress are all different sizes. In other stores I am a medium no matter what but here I could be a small on one item and a large on another? It is confusing and that is why I procrastinate when buying from ZOLUCKY
The material was very thin. Not what i expected. Looked like a cotton material. Dresses were not as flowing as expected either. One of the Dresses didn't fit, but to much hassle to send back. Usually by the time I receive them my 30 days are up.

Shopping. I had to start all over, searching for those items, and one of them was increased price. Wasted much time bc cart didn't remain even five minutes.

I do like looking at your many coices, and ordered twice now. I guess I'm just too old, because nothing looks the same on me as it does the models. I'm 58,5 foot 6 and 122 pounds, but I had to order large pants, so the legs are way too big. It's disappointing. The quality is pretty good, and I kept all but one pair of pants. But I sure don't look as cute as the women modeling the clothes.
1st time shopper.
5 of the 6 garments have to be altered.
Dress' too long and wide. I like the style
Simple and to fit.! Jumpsuit delivery a month!
1 top has sleeves too large and inside shows.
Poor design there. Cannot order online because of various sizing. Too bad.
