First time shopper. Very easy to use the sight. The item was way too big even when I took into consideration the size and fit information on the website. I am trying to get the proper information to return the item. I did what the website said but I still couldn't get to the alleged return button.

They use teaser discounts that you can't use. I was charged for a dress over a month ago that I still haven't received; with no indication of when I might receive it. Their communication is terrible. At one point they emailed me that my partial order was ready & was being sent to the shipper, who would let me know when I could expect it - never received a notice from the shipper. All of this could be forgiven if the two tops & one dress were of good quality. They were not. The fabric was thin, cheap polyester. I'm not sure I'll even wear any of the items I bought for a total of over $90!
I love the variety, most sizes are accurate. Quality is good. I feel pretty wearing your clothes.
The sizing charts for the 3 items I wanted to purchase were difficult to understand so I ended up changing sizes on my order. However, the changes I made which showed up on my screen, somehow didn't get changed on the order. When I realized what had happened, I got in touch with customer service and was informed that they couldn't do anything about it. I now have items that don't fit and it's a hassle to return them. Great looking clothes on the website but ordering is not so great.
I appreciation the clothing gift I bought for my sister. Two things could have been improved: 1) I could have received it more quickly than the several weeks, and 2) The sizing could have fit more perfectly - it was Small but even was quite big on her. The color was perfect!

Realize mi pedido pero nunca llego hice la verificación con servicio al cliente hubo un error en la dirección no hubo ninguna solución dicen que no lo pueden cambiar ni tampoco habrá devolución ya que viene de China. Esto último no lo sabía si fuese así ni le compraría absolutamente nada. Nunca hay garantía.
The dress was unacceptable. The material was thin and cheap. It had very large armholes. I just gave it to Goodwill. The bra had little or no support. It was more like something you would wear under a Hirt to give the false impression of a slip under a dress. It went to Goodwill also.

The web page kept saying my shopping bag was empty but I had placed two items in it. Finally after several tries, at least 4 or 5, it showed my order, but with too many bras. I corrected it and finally i was able to place my order.
The clothes were okay but I didn't care for some of the material. I got lucky with the sizes. A dress I bought looked nice but not when I got it. When I asked about returning it, I was told I'd have to send it back to CHINA. That would probably cost as much as the dress! I've unsubscribed from their emails and don't recommend buying from them. I know I never will again!
Love the three tops I received. Two tops fit great because the measurement box was right on. The third top was just a bit too big but I can wear a camisole under it. They all machine washed without any issues. I am pleased with my purchases.
The products they sell look great online when you receive them they are poor quality just absolute junk. You can't return them or you're going to be charged every little fee there is over and above the time you spend or the money they make you pay to return their worthless stuff. The bags they come in are worth more than the product inside. We live and learn.

I ordered 4 shirts at good prices. Two fit perfectly. The other two are incredibly tight. Same size.

My experience was good. Downside: takes so long to get to me.
I ordered 5 dresses. All were so badly cut. Looked like potatoe bags. So deceiving because the fabric were very nice but all polyester which also was deceiving but mainly the cut were horrible. I guess you get what you pay for. I returned all of them. On top of it the return is to China ( I should have guessed) and cost me tha half of my order in shipping. I am now waiting to get my money back. I hope I will.

While articles of clothing look cute online, in reality they are thin, sleazy, flimsy and of way more polyester than the "cotton blend" they purport to be. Neither are they accurately sized. I am / have been a USA medium size for decades. However I could barely pull these mediums on. AND the items of which I did buy a large size, anticipating a more roomy comfy fit, were snug. Within the first week of purchase ( which included the long Labor day weekend) I attempted to return said items, and as the packing slip in the mailer instructed items needed to be returned to a DIFFERENT address, I Emailed Zolucky requesting that information... which was not sent to in a timely manner. I was also informed that I could NOT return items that were on sale. HUH? ( more specifically WTF?!) Some were never taken out of the package and the majority of clothing I did try on, before giving up in disgust, DOES NOT FIT. I am extremely dissatisfied and if such a rating was an option, would give less than one star.
Disappointing... not exactly as advertised, oversized and dress I received was mot the same.
I love the dress I bought! Its really cute and I am sure it will pack nicely for my travels

I ordered beige/tan pants and they send me this damn UGLY MUSTARD COLOR PANT... HORRIBLE COLOR... And get in touch with them, no address, no telephone number to call and say WHERE DO I SEND THIS ORDER BACK TO? THEY SUCK AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... I called American Express to dispute this freaking charge for these $#*!TY UGLY ITEMS SO I AM NOT PAYING THEM...
NEVER EVER WILL I USE AGAIN. WHAT S RIP OFF. STUCK WITH $160 worth of clothes that I would be to embarrassed to take to good will

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
