STAY AWAY! Company will send you discount coupons that you cant use. Customer service is a complete joke. I asked them to review my order to see what items i wanted to purchase and why the discount does not apply eventhough the coupon stated 30% of my order. They said they couldn't review due to privacy issues even though they sent me a screen shot of my order. What kind of privacy issues? What size I ordered? STAY AWAY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND FALSELY ADVERTISE.
One item out of stock in desired color. Shame the (slow) shipping was not free.
I ordered 7 things and 5 of them were a completely different fabric that the pictures shown, even though the pattern was the same.

Shipping takes a very long time. I ordered Christmas gifts back on Nov. 19th and still have not received 2 gifts.
I loved the Cat Tree T-shirt. I hope I get lots of compliments on it.
Hard to apply promo code. Blouse had sleeves longer than normal do I'll have to alter.
Bait + switch. The ad I responded to said I would get an 18% first order discount. Over and over again I tried to apply this discount there was no clue why I couldn't apply it. I finally decided that it must be one of these final sale items the discount is not available. I should have had the discount, but if it's because the final sale business why didn't you say so on your order form that this item was not available for a discount. Reluctantly I've ordered the blouse anyway because I love it, but this is one of the worst website experiences I've ever had.
Stay away from this business. Yuck. You cannot return items without paying $$ to ship them back to China and they try to get you to keep the item and pay you back 15% on your purchase. The items are very junky — poorly sized and the fabric is weird, slippery and not breathable (polyester?), almost like oil cloth! SCAM! The size medium shirt I ordered was huge and long, for a super long torso; it was not the cute little cropped look it had in the ad! It had such long arms that it would better fit a chimpanzee, not a human.

Too much too easy somehow I was shipped and charged for two packages. I would like to send one back and receive credit.
I thought the shipping seemed a bit high but i also understand shipping IS a cost incurred (it is what it is) and i REALLY wanted the pants - so it was worth it!

The shipping cost of your order depends on the shipping distance and weight of the packages. We also provide free shipping service for orders reaching a certain amount, for now, it`s $99 after discounts (excluding final sale items).

I found two blouses that I liked, so I decided to buy them I wanted some other clothing as well but my instincts told me to hold off. Good thing I did I wasn't pleased at all with the items.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
