11.14.22 I ordered just 1 item, a T-shirt for a trial run for quality. Tee was marked down onsite for $13, entered delivery info and a POP-UP gave me 10% OFF (1st time buyer). They showed: $13(Tee)+9.99(ship)=$22.99. After entering credit card info and agreed to buy: $18.99(Tee)+9.99(ship)=$28.98 Total invoice $28.97...$0.01 (penny) savings. Contacted BBB also. In case this is an affiliate and not be posted, I will go to next site and give my review.

I had difficulty with the payment, I had to go thru it. It several times and then got a refusal. An alert was put on my credit card and I had to contact the company to get it straightened out. It was a real pain.
I loved it. I like the styles and the fit. I haven't had to wait and wait for it to come. I've never had to return anything. The price is very good.
Looking forward to a cute item and the right size. Did not happen -- sizes advertised (large -10-12, extra large 14-16) thought this was strange, but my grand daughter is a a 16-18 -- so I ordered the 16-18 size and received 22-24 size. Because of bad sizing info, I do not believe I will ever order on line from Zolucky again. Now, I do not have a Christmas present for my teen granddaughter.
I enjoy shopping here. Fabrics aren't always what I expect. Size 7 US shoe size is a little tight. Changing to 7.5.

I get a email today stating 2 out of 13 items are shipped today. The order was placed 11/11/2022 and today is 11/30/2022. I placed the order on that date for a reason in hopes to get my merchandise by the end of November. These are Christmas gifts and I am hoping they look exactly like the pictures so I want have to send them back. After reading some of the reviews on the quality and how the merchandise some customer's are so disappointed with their orders. I am hoping that does not happen to be. I just want my merchandise. I placed my order for a shirt, gave my credit card number and shirt arrived about 4 weeks later.
Usually I love shopping Zolucky but this time things went a bit awry. Two of the tops I ordered for a friend were just as pictured and described. The third too, a long sleeved one suited for colder winter weather, was substituted with a different pattern than was ordered. The colors and geometric pattern was not something my friend would wear so I donated it to a charity. The substitutions are not always as good as the ordered product. I would like a credit to my account instead.
I love the unusual assortment of clothes that you have. I have not seen prints etc. like I have seen here. If all goes well I will be back to order much more. Thank you

Good easy fast and very good service but picture a little deceiving. The words do not show up so well in the fluffy material.
The Butterfly t-shirts have a terrible strong sweet chemical smell. I washed and soaked them even in vinegar and the smell won't leave. I fear it is a pesticide and dangerous.
Also the XL is not a 14 as advertised, it is more like a 16 or 18 because they are so large.

The size charts are all wrong. The items were all too snug. The shoes are junk, the dress is horrible - in fact the shirring for the sleeve is in the armpit instead of being at the top of the shoulder. The gradient color shirt looks like basement mold. None of the items look anything like the website.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
