Easy to order. Took longer than expected. Liked it when I finally got it
I placed my order on the 26th of March for Easter. I received it on the following Monday following Easter! I expected it to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the purchase date and take 7-10 days to arrive. It took nearly one month!
Love the products, but the shipping cost is ridiculous!

The site was easy to navigate, no glitches, product arrived on time and great price - but very poor quality. You get what you pay for. The site advertises their apparel with nice eye catching promotion, but it's cheap and shabby looking when you get it. My mom wanted a pair of shoes from this site. I was wary. You will be very disappointed. And even though the company gets back to you promptly, and you can return items, you really won't. It has to be shipped back to China, make it through customs and actually costs more than what you paid. They will refund you 15%, and promptly, but it's a waste of time and money.
I enjoy the styles zolucky offer. I have ordered from Zolucky a couple of times. I'm not disappointed at all. I look forward to ordering again. Keep up the good work.

I found shopping on the site pretty easy and I like that there are sizes for every woman. I also think the cute styles are very comfortable.

Bought 6 items, including a pair of boots and flats. Love the boots, flats were not quite the blue color shown on site. Other clothes looked just as they were shown on site.
Note, free delivery time was three weeks to a month.

Not enough clothes I like in my size. It takes a long time to go through everything. I like the size chart. It could be different with different clothes. It is very helpful. I would like to see your shoes/boots come in wide and e-tra wide sizes.
Recently purchased two dresses for holiday the material not what was expected in description. All i got was cheap cotton looking clothe and when i tried to return they said clothe come from China which would cost me more to return one dress and if I kept it they would refund me 15% which felt like extortion. Either you return it and pay out of pocket highly to return dress, or you keep it, and we return practically nothing to you for the unwanted item
I enjoy the ordering things that it doesn't take a long time to process, when shopping it should not send you to different pages to to complete your transaction

There advertisements and photographs are beautiful. The leggings I bought for my wife did not resemble the photos, it was poor quality, and stitching was coming undone. For returns customers pay the freight and duties to send the item back to Guangdong, China. My bad for not checking the reviews prior, there is a lot of well deserved bad press about Zolucky
The customer service department was very helpfull. They resolved my issue right away. I would recommend buying from them again.
