Style is very conducive for the older group as well as the younger generations.
Doing a search and adding to cart is good. Seem to have a trouble during the checkout process. Seem to get stuck and sometimes need to go back to complete. Very challenging to complete.
I ordered 3 blouses and a dress from Zolucky and received all 4 items. Two of the three blouses came with permanent creases in them but felt I could live with them. I returned the dress per their return policy but I have never received a refund. The only contact I got from them was an offer for a credit if I would keep the dress. I didn't want to keep the dress because it looked awful on me. They have a Contact Us on their website but no way to actually contact them. If you order anything from them, make sure you really want it because you will not get a refund.
I ordered several shirts from this company. And when I tried to return a few of them because they didn't fit or the quality was horrendous, I was given a run around about how I had to ship everything to China and how I had to pay the fees and it would be too expensive for me. They offered to let me keep the items for 25% off. I didn't like the items or they didn't fit so I proceeded to return them. The address that they gave me, which was very specific, must have been a bad one (i feel like they have me a bad address on purpose), because 3 months after I sent everything to their facility in China, I had the package returned to me. With a "return to sender" note on it. So now I'm out $85 for the merchandise and $45.75 for the postage. 0 satisfaction from this company. DO NOT BUY FRIM THEM!

Good buys but horrible customer service. Once in a while I actually receive what I ordered but sometimes I get maybe three of the things four things. I try to inquire about the shortage but when I click on contact us, it says that it is not available. Sux, I have unsubscribed to the emails. I'm not getting ripped off again!

Sizes do vary. Two things fit. Two things are too small. Material shown is not what is in the product. Never a lining.

Loved the dress so much that I ordered another one for my sister--her birthday this month. Dress is comfortable, washes well, maintains shape.
Good availability of product in size I want. Ordered this item once, too big, site doesn't allow me to return. Having to re-order in smaller size. At least the item is available.

I ordered a jacket - after 3 weeks i asked what had happened to my jacket - they said they were backordered and had no idea for how long - i ckd back in a week and they cancelled my order - it was such a cute jacket - im so disappointed with the customer service - i cant recommend this to anyone

My first order was great! My second order was terrible. Its been 2 months minimum, and I haven't heard from this company. I was charged and the amount was taken out of my credit card, but NOTHING.
I was informed I would be contacted when order was shipped. NOTHING. I get the feeling that I have been duped. I feel like Zolucky has no intentions of ever sending my purchase and I can kiss my money goodbye.
Zolucky has so much to choose from and great styles. With so many manufacturers, trusting the
Label has been my problem. Not all XL sizes are the same. I have XXL pieces that are as small as XL. I've had to order BOTH sizes and keep the one that fits.
Knowing I won't be waiting or shippng from

All items ordered were not as described on pictures on order screen. Quality unacceptable, sizes not correct, awful faded colors, threads attached everywhere, simply unacceptable.! I had requested refund and waiting for mailing return label, I do not expect to pay one dollar more, waiting for refund please.

The actual product you receive looks nothing ike the beautiful photo they have on their site. The quality of their material is so poor I wouldn't even put it on a doll, never mind a person. Their costumer service is the worst in the industry. If you need to return anything YOU PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA.

I ordered a huge amount of clothes because they look so good in the pictures. I even ordered a size larger. When the clothes arrived and I tried them on, I was appalled at the difference in sizes of each item. The slacks look like a size 6 or 7. Not a 3x. Then I tried it on the dress. It was like a tent. Huge.
All the clothes were sized and discriminately and differently from what these advertised.
I was very disappointed and I'm giving them all through charity. I bought them because I had tried shoes from zolucky and I was pleased with them. I had no idea the clothes were so disturbingly onsized incorrectly.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
